The problem with Beats is that they have poor construction and pretty terrible quality. They just pump up the bass to an ubsurd point and then put a $300 price tag on them because they're celebrity endorsed. You can get a better pair for a third of the cost.

Sigur Ros' album Valtari leaked, and even though it's really bad quality I enjoyed it. It's my favorite album of the year so far and I'm looking forward to the official release with good quality. Would pre-order my LP but I'm waiting to see what kind of special edition will come out. Other contendors: Vaura - Selenelion and Death Grips - The Money Store.

Because they are the lucky ones. ur so edgy

I've been going with Levi's waterless, which are relatively cheap ($60) but good for the price. My first pair faded nicely but I wore a hole in them after 8 months and 3 washes, and they got a bit too small since I gained some weight. Had to replace them, bought a new pair 2 weeks ago.

I had a friend see fun. in both the Aim & Ignite and Some Nights eras. He said both times were great, and he really disliked Some Nights. They're a great live band, regardless of studio work.

Mine has the same rule, I just wish we could have cages as well. I'd LOVE to have a guinea pig next year, but fish are just so.....boring.

Getting your hair dyed to piss off your mother sounds like you have the mindset of a 14-year old.

Got a call back from a CL ad I replied to, took a phone survey, and next Wednesday I'll be part of a focus group on fast food, be in a discussion and do some taste-testing. Getting $100 for it, just in time for Record Store Day

The new Spiritualized album was pretty good, it's streaming on NPR.

This, except I like red heads, not gingers, or whatever you call them wit all the freckles... I like a little bit of freckles, like just a bit around the nose and cheeks, but not like ALL over.

When people HAVE to have a certain race of people do something for them. Usually their same race. My black friend won't allow anyone who isn't black to cut his hair. My girlfriend, who is Filipino, currently has a toothache constantly and I keep telling her to go to the dentist, but she CAN'T see any doctor or dentist who isn't Filipino because she thinks they won't do a good job, and she's waiting 2 months until she goes home. Neither of them have even given anyone else a chance so they have nothing to go off, they're just stuck in their ways.

Oh man, natural redheads with green eyes and some nice legs, I'm sold right there.

Away from the sex topic, I had a pretty good day. Bought a new pair of Levi's that were on sale, an album I was waiting on came in the mail, and I just had some panda express for dinner. Not looking forward to my essay tomorrow, but I'll let future me worry about that.

I could widen the net a bit and say that if it's necessary to mention screaming in the name of the genre, then it's going to be done frequently enough to kill any of the emotional or artistic merit of the sound. It's like if you repeated the any word over and over, it loses its meaning. I don't know how you can say any screaming kills emotion and artistic merit. Songs with screaming can be very emotional and very artistic. The emotion may be anger, but it is an emotion. And to say the artistic quality isn't there is just ignorance. No different than the people who say "rap isn't music". Two examples right here: [hide] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0-FCmDcb0Q http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNdRh2un5eg [/hide]

Where the lead is screaming. It's quite self explanatory. And on that note, over categorised music. It annoys me when people get annoyed that their favourite music is classed in a broader genre and not some super niche which nobody has ever heard of but is totally what it is. The main genre people do this for is probably screamo, but I understand why. Most screamo fans don't like their music associated with a lot of the metalcore and metal scene. When someone who listens to screamo says it to someone else, they don't want the person to try and talk to them about Bring Me the Horizon or something that isn't actually screamo. I mean, it makes sense, it helps to get a better idea of what you're talking about. It's like calling all electronic music "techno". All the genres of electronic music are different and categorizing them into smaller genres helps you find exactly what you want.

How exactly was it not?

Shows the mentality of high school kids. At my school, in fall, there was a walk-out organized in protest of tuition increase, and the students all camped in the administration building. These kids are just going to go home and have fun, basically having a ditch day for something silly.

Yo. Represent. 'sup I'll join this group. In other news, apparently my neice is being born tonight/tomorrow. Add me in as well.

Woke up, showered, got something in my eye and it was stinging when I opened them. Spilled cereal all over my floor while pouring myself a cup for breakfast. Realized I forgot to do my English homework. So then I skipped class and slept until 1.

So you're 15 and still haven't grown up yet. I don't see how not having certain hobbies makes him not grown-up yet. He sits around listening to nothing but metal, spending his time thinking. Sounds like a child to me, but maybe that's cause I knew a guy EXACTLY like that his freshman year.

I like Justin Bieber. Even bringing up his name can cause people to go off on tangents ranting about him, I respect anyone who can make people that angry while being so successful himself.

What do you even do with your time? Sit there and think about how you hate everything?

Avatar: The Last Airbender A large portion of my friends are obsessed with it and constantly talk about it, but I have no interest in it at all. Also Doctor Who.

Buy a house, furniture, and a car (nothing would be that fancy really). Buy a wardrobe of everything I want, nothing stupidly expensive. Live comfortably for the rest of my life, enjoying buying what I want when I want. I'd enjoy being able to afford any Magic cards I want so I'd be able to compete at a professional level and spend most of my days doing that, travelling, and record shopping.
