Let's see: Thursday my phone finally crapped out and we ordered a new one, getting a Samsung Fascinate which should be in the mail on Tuesday. Friday I went to school then at midnight the prerelease of the new magic set, which I got home from at about 10am today, slept till 5, now TIF/Facebook, etc. Fun stuff.

Haha, when I went to see Inception, right as it ended (when the top is still spinning) the entire room went "AWWWWWWWWWWWW". When I saw Inception (for the 2nd time, as a group thing) half of us had seen it and half hadn't. The ones who had were just anticipating everyone's reaction at the ending and this guy Cooper just stands up and screams "OH WHAT THE [bleep]"

Meh. $60 ticket, $58 for limo (large group, cutting costs down), already have myself a suit, so it's not too bad. Hell, it's prom, I can likely find a chick and score pretty easily too

Speaking of prom, 2 days ago my prom date changed her facebook status to "in a relationship with [some dude]" um.....wut. Then she's all "oh we're just goin as friends LAWL". Whatevs. There's a cute girl in a class of mine that seems to have taken an interest in me, so I'm now trying to go with that.

If there is anything to NOT cut, it would have to be arts. Having been a musician for 8 years now, and most of those around me having played the same or near the same length of time, it isn't just a hobby we do at school for fun, it's something our lives have been devoted to. Money is hard enough to come by already as the school gives NO funding at all to the arts at our school and we have to raise everything through fundraising. They even cut our ABILITY to charge a yearly "band fee" which was used to pay for buses to shows, uniform and instrument repairs, etc. We have been doing fundraisers nearly every other weekend the entire year just to attempt to keep it going, even with raising over 10,000$ on two huge fundraisers, we don't have enough money to do what we usually can. Every year, we march the Disneyland parade and could not get the money this year. Couldn't go to regionals, cut 2 field shows we were going to do, etc. And that's JUST the band, I'm not sure how the other programs are doing. Unlike sports programs, we don't make money off of our performances, they're free or cost us.

So I officially accepted to go to San Francisco State starting in the Fall :) Just 30-something more days of high school! A week of that being "sitting-in-the-gym-doing-jack [cabbage] -while-underclassmen-do-state-testing". I've been able to get in a lot of Pokemon during school sice classes have become essentially nothing. Funny thing is in every class there's multiple people that play

Just realised today I'd been using the same FF sig I made with the name "Maleficus1055" on it forever, even though I had been "Army" since the display name addition to this forum. So in light of my current display name I just whipped up this sig, not too bad for something made in ~15 minutes.

I never really understood what it is about Radiohead. Their music all sounds the same to me and is incredibly boring. This album is no different.

I seem to have a knack of falling for cute, shy, asian girls. But hey, I got her number! Let's hope this turns out better than last time.

HOT DAMN QOTSA is playing in LA, hour drive for me. Hopefully I can afford tickets when they're on sale. Also, The Finnish Metal Tour last Thursday was pretty [bleep]ing awesome. People passing around giant blow-up dolls as beach balls and nerf swords in the mosh pit. Unfortunately I managed to run into the same neckbeard from the Blind Guardian show 2 months ago, and he was just as annoying and smelly as ever. But oh well.

SO today in my Digital Imaging class, we took a "Valentine's Day Quiz" that had a bunch of fairly difficult questions about that day (my teacher is an old lady who likes to do [cabbage] for every holiday). Now I'm the TA and was told to come up with a "grading scale" for ranks 1, 2, and 3, from highest to lowest based on score. She came up with the first and I made up the next two. The grading scale was: 1) World's Greatest Lover 2) Not a Finisher 3) Forever Alone If you missed none you were 1, missed 1 you were 2, and missed any more than 1 and you were rank 3. The entire class got rank 3. Then some guy in the front shouts out TOGETHER ALONE. I normally don't like internet stuff IRL, but that pretty much made my day. OH! And I found a $20 bill on the ground

Speaking of people getting dumped: my ex that cheated on/left me over a text a year ago for one of my (used to be) best friends just got dumped by him today in a text message, he was cheating on her with some random from her college. ABSOLUTION

Lol, my school stocks diet coke :wall: :wall: At least you got soda. My senior year we had to go sodaless. My freshman and sophomore year they had vending machines with soda, and served some decent food. Hell, they had Slim Jims (little ones) for sale. Junior year they replaced them with "healthy" foods and all soda machines turned to vitamin water, which is [cabbage], I hate that stuff.

"Baked!" chips. The cheetos taste stale. The lays taste like air. Don't even get me started on the horrible doritos. And that's all my school stocks, to be "healthy" >:(

Uhh.....you judge a food by a jelly bean flavor of it? Just get a jar of it and try a bit on a sandwich. Or if you live near Arby's, they have dispensers, put a little bit on a roast beef sandwich. Good stuff.

I accidentally put Horseradish instead of Mayo on my sandwich today since the bottles are nearly identical. And I'm never going back.
