Texas: You just can't make this stuff up anymore.
Essentially all they get to do is pull the trigger :P A non blind hunter still has to guide their shot (unless it's [bleep] Cheney I wouldn't be too worried)

Solar Death Ray!!
And sell it to the government and military!! 8-) Just don't sell it to the Russians, even if they do offer more, because we don't need another...well you know... Looks like we...I mean, the Russians...will just have to steal it and kill him. : What if you use concave mirrors instead of flat ones? That MIGHT make it more powerful... I doubt that would work as it's basically a concave mirror in itself :P Although, getting a pure concave mirror instead of one made up of little mirrors ;) That would make teh focal point a lot tighter/hotter

Except... many other states let the blind hunt :P This bill just allows them to use laser sights

Worst Thing You've Drank
Lol I suppose it was intended for calves. I wonder who was the first person to decide to try to drink it :P "I wonder if cows like it when you suck on the.... WHAT IN THE WORLD!?"

Worst Thing You've Drank
I'd like to believe that milk from cows is intended for calves, but we just happen to drink it :P

Worst Thing You've Drank
Just remembered... another time I was camping with some friends around the 4th of July and I was tossing small waterproof fireworks in a filled waterbottle :P I started to get thirsty so I grabbed the first thing that came to hand, which was black and nasty if you held the light up to it... but it was dark out >.> Bad tastes for a while ;)

My rant about fishing
Actually the whole point of a barb on a hook is so you can "snag" the fish. When you feel a sharp tug on the line you yank on the rod and the barb snags in the fishes mouth. If you use a barbless hook, no matter if it "can penetrate deeper" the chance of the hook coming loose in the fishes mouth becomes much greater. Before you start telling me I have poor technique I suggest you understand that a hook with a barb works alot better. There is also alot less chance of the fish swallowing the hook (once again depends on size) I personally fish for big fish I leave the minnows alone. If you were a fish, would you rather swallow a hook and have it lodged somewhere in your stomach or a barbed hook in the mouth that can easily be removed. Barbless hooks still snag, they just come out easier and require you to keep constant tension on the line ;)

My rant about fishing
If you're looking for a fish big enough to make a meal for 1-2 people then a straight hook is definitely good enough.

Stumped Teacher.
I'm sure it's a better topic than you could make up ;)

Worst Thing You've Drank
Jello+orange juice that was still liquidy (it said add your favorite fruit juice :x) Didn't keep drinking it, but it made me puke and ever since then (I was about 8), orange juice has made me gag

How do you "try your hardest" at school?
You're very grown up and mature, I think you should leave us kiddies be. no, i'm just another kid just like you; the only thing different between you and i is that i realized rs was bs before it could ruin my life anymore than it already had I don't know if you've realized yet, but OT people really don't play RS ;) So you have very little ground to stand on there...

My rant about fishing
Mercifull reminded me of an essay I read a while back... the main bit was that if you are going to fish for sport and toss them back, *don't* use a barbed hook. Hell, don't use a barbed hook at all, since it's really not as much of a requirement as it was before and it makes it that much more challenging to use a straight hook.

My rant about fishing
How can you blatantly say it is wrong? They make those fishing lines for a reason, because people use them. Sure, you can disagree with whether or not it is cruel/necessary, but just plain saying "wrong" is stupid. No. Using one is Stupid. Anyone who use one really deserves to have it shoved down their throat and through their lungs. I wonder how much they would enjoy it. Completely unnecessary cruelty towards the fish with zero positive advantages and several clear negative ones. Also if you read what I wrote I did not only say 'wrong', I justified it. Actually fish don't even feel pain nor do they have a memory, basically you could "torture" a fish for as much as you like then throw it in the water and watch it swim away. It won't care as it will have no memory of the incident nor will it feel any pain. Source for this claim? Or personal experience of being a fish? http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/02/10/1044725683181.html But then, this later report says they do feel pain http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/2983045.stm

Alarm Clocks!
What's especially fun to do when no one's around and you hear the alarm go off for the first time... Bodily leap out of bed and if you manage to stay standing do a flexing pose and yell "OH YEAH!" If that doesn't get you ready for the day, nothing does :P
-
Alarm Clocks!
I use the Neverlate clock although now that I'm used to waking up at the certain times I keep the volume as low as itll go and I'll wake up on the small click it makes as the radio turns on :P

MMO's
Please tell me you're only joking. #-o honestly, i don't know what a massively multiplayer online is. i know what a MMORPG is, however. *sigh* I suppose I should have seen a post like this coming seeing as how the intelligence of the people in this world is a joke these days. An MMO is a massive mulitplayer online game. All you had to do was simply figure out that it contained the first 3 letters in MMORPG and you could have easily figured that out. The accepted acronym for massively multiplayer online game is MMOG

How do you "try your hardest" at school?
But why is it a mistake? Why is it that having to work a low-paying job would screw up the drop-out's life? Well, I don't know about all people, but I have a motivation to get to the next level/get something better and it just seems that your choices are limited. (just me, YMMV)

My rant about fishing
Just one thing I might throw out there.. I was recently talking to a European friend who was absolutely appalled at the idea of people hunting deer. What I'm wondering is are deer as big of a problem in Europe as they can be out here? (At this time of the year it's not uncommon to see 5-6 deer crossing the road at night here.)

How do you "try your hardest" at school?
Because he's not doing the best job he can. Working at a casino won't screw up his life, but he'll be doing very poorly - and definately not what he's capable of. Go back to school man. My father never went to college, and he still pulls half a million a year. What am I going to do? I'm going to stay in college as long as possible, and get my Doctorate. Obvious, yeah? Sweeping generalizations are bad. That was a different time. And still, at least he graduated high school. You can still get good jobs without going to college, but it will give you a disadvantage when trying to apply to jobs, because others with college degrees will be the ones picked first. Of course people with less education are going to have harder time getting high-paying jobs. That's obvious. My question is this: Does a man screw up his life by choosing that lack of education and its results? Why? I'm going to say yes, unless they have a very good plan for a startup or something else. I'd think that if you just dropped out of school with no plans you wouldn't get too far without realizing it was a mistake.

How do you "try your hardest" at school?
Yes they can, but is it worth the extra time spent in school instead of out in the world?
