To add: Gatorade > Lucozade + Powerade. It gives you the right mix of sugars in the best amount to give you energy replenishment in exercise. Not to mention it tastes really good compared to the other two. It actually tastes like a fruit drink instead of colored water. But don't drink too much of the stuff, you'll get cavities to end all cavities. All gatorade does is make me thirsty with that sugary taste while powerade gets me ready for some more :P
