It's mind boggling just how many times this has been posted, with each topic started thinking they're being interesting and original.

I don't read books. ... Not regularly, anyway. The best ones I have read have generally been when I've been on holiday. My favourites are The Restaurant at the End of the Universe by Douglas Adams, and The Devil's Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce.

Hard drive is HD, hard disc drive is HDD. I think it's more likely he made an error and you went to acronymfinder.com, considering I've never heard of one in my 5 years of being taught computer science, 3 at degree level. And that a search on google yields results pertaining to tape drives and DVDs.

I think that it is hilarious to assume that aliens are visiting our planet. I also think that it would be irresponsible not to assume that given the size of our universe there are other life forms out there. They just aren't visiting us.

I disagree with that, if you want them to not cost extra that may be the case, but in all my dealings with O2, and getting the best phones from them, I have only ever had to do 12 months.

Heh, exactly the same here. It is possible to play for less than a couple of hours at a time, but it is geared towards doing more. Endgame PvE is totally aimed at spending 3+ hours working with several other players - and that's why I quit.

You're welcome to practice your culture's beliefs as long as they don't impinge on others. It's very easy to say "but it's their culture" when you're not being forced into a marriage.

Some people like the simplicity of Macs. For example, my dad got my mum a Mac so he wasn't constantly having to fix her machine when she did something wrong.

I do get a bit of a bottleneck, but it is not dire. I had to do it this way though, as I alternate between what I upgrade each christmas. I can still run Oblivion in 1600x1200 with all options at their highest and get excellent frame rates.

It will be a cut-down version of OS X, like how Windows Mobile is cut-down. It won't be the same as on Macs. Edit: Actually it will be more cut-down than WM. Bye bye major reason for owning one.
