There is only one item on runescape called 'crystal seed' which is the crystal bow/shield one. The crystal seeds go around 100-200K, but yes if that were to come it would rise. For example if you bring the creature a crystal seed, nice bunch of runes and so on and so on, it would create you a magic stone.
