Well, for a start, having 'no good skills' isn't going to help your financial situation. Take wc, for an example. The higher your level is, the more accessible you will be to better trees. Yes, the more levels you gain, the more xp is required for another level, but you'll be chopping the logs faster anyway. I usually make money from skilling. Though, I'm F2P, so my opinion may not be as relevant.

I don't speak Dutch, but this will be my sixth year of learning French as a second language. After 5 continuous years, I mainly improve my skills by myself now (the school teaches it too slow). For speaking: listen to music in that language. Even if you don't understand it, get a feel of the accents, points of emphasis. Heck, I listen to Phantom of the Opera in French without understanding half, but it's helped with listening, and singing along (hmm) has definitely helped my speaking confidence. I'm not sure if it works as well with other languages, but yeah, worth a try.

Social unrest / conflict is largely caused through conflicting ideologies, ideas. But our ethnic, cultural and religious diversity is what identifies us as humans, to some extent. If we all followed the same singular 'set path', as you said, it would remove diversity but encourage peace... Maybe. I don't think the 'world' will ever be at peace, because our diversity denies that, I think. Now I'm confused. EDIT: How can I change the world? Let's see. Use more public transport. Rune (g) looks more prestigious because of the 'expensive'-looking gold trim. Zammy is too hard on the eyes for me... The green on the Guthix is much milder but isn't as noticeable, hence I still prefer Sara. It looks holy. Well, more so than a Monk's robe, I should think.

I don't really remember, but my first set of recovery questions were set in Feb 2002, so I guess, around about then. I only play during school holidays when I have the time, but anyway, lvl 99.

Runecrafting is the hardest for me. Prayer isn't as bad as some people say - I always bury the bones dropped by monsters when training melee and range (and other bones lying around...). Runecrafting is hard because it's time consuming - walking back-and-forth, then doing it again. It's tedious, but it's rewarding enough.

Some more bank space would be nice, yes. I've always been F2P, so I've always been stuck with the same amount of space. But, considering we have access to so many less items than members, relatively speaking, it's not too bad. I'm not saying it's more than enough, but it isn't too bad. Ok, keeping on topic and answering the question: Yes, there are enough skills. They're already time-consuming enough; so to create any more may render the game tiresome and tedious. I don't mind my RSN the way it is - it looks original in its oddity. But, if I had the chance: Suzaku Smiko --> Suzaku Miko That way, it would be 100% authentic Japanese. Or, if allowed more characters, then: Suzaku no Miko. That name would actually make sense... But then, it wouldn't be original. Hmm.

Putting aside the level of realism, I'd say full rune (t) - it has that frosty glow to it. But steel is definitely more realistic than the teal-coloured rune.

24 is a fantastic show. However from memory, due to bad ratings here, most of Season 5 was broadcasted at 9:30 PM, 2 episodes at a time, twice a week. Still managed to catch it every week though. Oh, and I thought Bierko was a great villain, though I think most of you would beg to differ...

Yes, the older you become, not only do teachers respect you more, the more you respect them. I've never had any 'unsavoury' teachers. Most of them have the school's reputation to live up to, so complaints are usually low. But I guess during primary school, teachers are stricter for a reason (to encourage discipline and 'appropriate behaviour'), and that, coupled with our general childhood stubbornness and naÃÆÃâÃâïvety, equals chaos... to some extent. Maybe. For lack of a better word.

I agree, but what other options are there (strictly regarding professional occupations)? Apart from the amount of experience, how else are employers to differentiate between possible candidates? RE: the PM, as far as I'm concerned, he is. But, as much as I dislike him as a politician, I was brought up in a pro-Liberal environment. And in this two-party preferred nation, unfortunately, around-about half is, too. Either way, I'm hoping for a change, this election year.

I experienced one of those hot, sleepless nights last night. Anyone in Sydney would have felt it too. Apart from turning the fan on and trying to watch the tennis to make me sleepy (lying in bed and watching the ball go to-and-fro...), I try to recite song lyrics, ones that I've memorised and can recite mindlessly - especially lyrics in another language. Odd, but it works for me. For me, I need to wake up on time, both during school term and during the holidays. I can't be late to school, or I risk receiving detentions. This year, I might also have some morning classes (before school starts - at 7 am), especially for my extension lessons. So it's imperative I wake up on time, feeling refreshed. I follow a very strict sleeping pattern. I need my 9 hours sleep each night, hopefully at the same time each night. If I undersleep, I develop bad headaches. If I oversleep, however, I usually feel nauseous and 'go crazy'. This causes inconveniences when travelling overseas - especially to Europe (jetlag, being one of the predominant reasons for not having travelled there).

Yes, friends are always there to reassure and support you. But then after school, we will part our different ways, towards different careers. Hence, I'm very much independant of others, so, essentially I am my own light in the darkness: my self-confidence, my dreams, hope for the near and distant future. My own self-worth, the fact that I matter to people, that people respect me, for whatever their reasons. I try not to let myself feel bad, my general assertiveness usually ensures that. But when that fails, I don't let it bother me. I don't know, I'm very much an inward person.
