  1. If people start making their own without being PM'd, it's just going to spam up the forums and no one's list will get the appreciation it deserves. It was supposed to be a week from the last list so the author had some time to make a solid list and write a decent write up on each album. Now that we have 4 or so lists on the front page, attention is split between them instead of the once per week that it was designed to be. I realize there was about a month break there, but seriously people, have some freaking patience.
  2. I totally don't understand what your trying to say? It sounds as if your saying that America is the only country that is having economic problems. If that's what your saying, you couldn't be more wrong. MMORPG based out of England? Jagex is based in Cambridge, England. Also, nobody is blaming anything on the economy. It's a discussion about how Jagex are coping. If you didn't mean what I thought you did, I apologise. I'm talking about how all Americans think that because we have a bad economy it must affect everything in the entire world when that is not the case.
  3. America's economy isn't affecting a worldwide MMORPG based out of England. I'm sick of the "in this economy" schtik from people now. It's all over advertising and television. Every time something turns down it's blame the economy.
  4. Game sucked. Slow, boring, and majorly repetitive gameplay. Like most video games, they tried to make it look too real and instead just ended up with shiny looking people and everything in a disgusting tan color. The only thing good about the game was the storyline.
  5. Wait until you get PM'd. I was lucky enough to make a list because someone couldn't. There's a list of volunteers on the 3rd(?) page that people can choose from.
  6. Oh and what the hell is up with the "Disturbed sucks balls live" comment? How many times have you seen them? Because I saw them last summer and even though I generally dislike Disturbed, I thought they sounded VERY good.
  7. I've found myself growing out of the metal phase, well, maybe not growing out of, but rather falling out of love with metal. I do appreciate a list full of it though. Good job.
  8. It's not a "trend" to like different music. Just because you don't know about a band doesn't make it "random and unknown". It just means you don't have similar music tastes to someone. People listen to more than what's on the radio you know. And what the hell is with this list? You're supposed to get PM'd and do a list of 30 or more albums. I hope this gets locked.
  9. Game sucks, movie would suck more.
  10. Actually that wouldn't nullify the argument since it commits the fallacy of Ad Hominem. Instead of creating an argument in your defense you simply point out what the other person's bad points are. :D But in this case, it isn't between two equals. It's between a superior (Jagex) and an inferior (you). Since the superior is supposed to set an example, anything the superior does is ok for the inferior to do. Doesn't matter if it's inferior or superior, the fallacy of Ad Hominem still applies. Attacking the credibility of another person/entity to defend yourself invalidates your argument.

  12. World 91 has around 20 people playing siege. Looks like the amount of people playing MA has dropped significantly.
  13. Jesus christ that Radio I NME stage looks spectacular.
  14. It's all about Orbit. Best gum there is. I find 5 to be particularly short lasting compared to Orbit.
  15. That was the kindest middle finger to all the RSOF idiots I've ever seen haha.
  16. Haha yeah if you're doing metal-esque "singing" and your throat hurts, you're really messing your vocal chords up. YouTube has some videos that can help. There are ways to do it without hurting your vocal chords.
  17. If Jagex can track raw materials that are produced by a bot, then they can sure as hell find out if you've lost money from nothing.
  18. I don't think it's "just a game" when you're paying for it. Maybe in F2P.
  19. You're still neglecting the point multiple people are trying to make to you: They need to atone for what they've done wrong. We get it that not everyone is a coder and quite clearly just doesn't get how difficult it is to code things without bugs. Jagex needs to repair what they've broken.
  20. This is what I'm trying to convey, its rewards may not be the massive xp that Pest Control is/was, but it ranks up there with rewards. Imbuing of rings is pretty handy for under 5 days playing at MA.
  21. Blatant Strawman argument. So in that sense, your post pretty much loses all of its argumentative power, but I'll address it anyways. You have a good point in that you can't simulate a mass of average players and every scenario, but that's why when your new mini-game robs an average player of a 350m cashpile, you give it back. They've admitted fault, but not done anything about it. Jagex should tell players that they can't risk valuable items in new content otherwise the blame lies with Jagex, not the player.
  22. You basically said the same thing twice. You condemned the game for not having good enough rewards to balance out the normal aspects of Runescape even though "it may be fun for some."
  23. You're assuming that all of us are striving to make money. Maybe people, including myself, are going to enjoy getting the rewards from this mini-game as a BREAK from the usual grind. I think what people fail to realize is that these mini-games and such that Jagex are releasing are not supposed to replace your every day routine, they're simply a break. When you kids start to realize that, then maybe you'll be a little happier with the updates.
  24. So basically what the argument is, is that players should be ready for a bug in a declared safe mini-game instead of Jagex's quality control team getting their marbles together and testing. Why should players have to change the way they play something new when it's Jagex's job to fix it all before it's released. Whoever claims that people need to "beware" of new content because of possible bugs is a fool. Jagex should just get their crap together instead.
