I can't stomach it, it's a pretty nasty taste in my opinion, but it isn't the worst.

Sums it up nicely. There's not a need for an entire subforum/forum for it. What we have at the moment (varrock library/VG&C) is suitable for your needs.

Probably a pepper soup I had when I was 11. I was forced to eat it by my parents at some restaurent as they claimed it was 'nice'; I was in a fowl mood wit them over the following days. Either that or a medicine I had to take before a holiday to the Dominican Republic; it was supposedly 'forest fruits' flavour, but I vomited most times I took it. :unsure:

Level 99 in a stat is the main achievement you can get for it, so it would be inevitable that most people would wish to achieve this. Plus, they get capes. ;)

If someone is making a post every 20 seconds, it's probably not a post worth anyone's time. The only place I can see a low/no flood control being useful is Forum Games.
