What you are doing for $ is exactly what you should be doing. As for goals, you could aim to get 90 all Melee, Ranged, and 94 Magic, Herblore level for Extremes, Summoning level for Uni/Yak, and 95 Prayer for Turmoil.

You will need a lot more than that. Are you able to spend more time getting $ for aforementioned levels? If not, Bandos would be worth it. Otherwise, it is not.

Once it has reached 0% charge its stats are removed.

I don't find them worth the time, as I'd rather have many options than be limited to only a few.

Stats? If you have extremes/turmoil/ss/yak, get it. Otherwise, get those first as stats for those items > armour (since the armour can be lost).

You should train cb through slayer. It can give you atk/str/def, hp, ranged, mage, summoning, and slayer xp, plus you can profit.

Antifire potion + pro magic = 100% protection from fire.

a +4 accuracy is going to help you hit 1 less zero out of like...200 hits A +4 str bonus is going to help you every time you actually do hit, as it increases your average hit. The berserker ring can be used with any weapon and benefit it. If you're stabing, the berserker ring helps, if you're crushing, the berserker ring helps, if you're slashing, the berserker ring helps. The warrior ring can ONLY be used when slashing, and if someone is going to be serious about slayer anymore, they won't be slashing, because they'll get a rapier Sorry to tell you this, but you're just plain wrong. +1, except for the serious in slayer part. :P

And the D Def is known for its str and atk bonuses, not Def.
