  1. The gist of it is in the title. I will not kill Chromatic Dragons.
  2. Thanks for the Heat Sink and Thermal Compound! As for the Graphics Card, I just want one that runs almost any game without lag, good graphic settings, and good video quality. EDIT: Changed the PSU to CORSAIR 650W and got a better deal on RAM.
  3. I only have two computers. One is a laptop and the other one is a Profile 5 Gatewat (all-in-one). The Profile 5 has 80 GB HDD, but my mom uses that computer still. What should I get for overclocking, aftermarket cooling, and thermal paste?
  4. What kind of RAM was it? It looks like the Motherboard does not support your RAM.
  5. Finalized Build in first post!
  6. Improve your DG skills by reading the dg guides in the Guides section of Tip It Forums and implementing those strategies.
  7. Yes, definitely become a member immediately. F2P training spots in P2P are barely crowded, plus there are newer P2P spots to train skills in, such as Ardougne Mines for Powermining Iron, Tree Gnome Stronghold for WCing Yews, etc.
  8. I'd just finish off to 40 DG doing those c6 smalls, then, when you become member, use XP Lamps/XP Books/Resource Dungeons you haven't unlocked until you can do c6 larges. However, I would really suggest you get your CB lvl up as well, mainly str, atk, and def.
  9. Yes, I am set on i5 Processors now. :) Thanks Lord! EDIT: I found a format to use so it can be clear what I really want: Approximate Purchase Date: within a week or so Budget Range: $1000, although I would really prefer if you don't use all $1000 in suggesting components, including monitor, keyboard, and mouse. System Usage from Most to Least Important: Runescape and all Emulators; Call of Duty, Halo. Parts Not Required: Windows 7. Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg Country: US Parts Preferences: i5 Processor, HD Monitor. Overclocking: Probably. Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200
  10. RoW does NOT increase the chance of specific items like hilts or godsword shards.
  11. EDIT: Finalizing Build! Look at first post!
  12. Actually, I'll just ask elsewhere, cuz no one has yet to give me a build..
  13. I am considering building sooner than that, maybe 2 months or so, and am kind of disappointed in the suggestions so far. More suggestions are welcome.
  14. EDIT: Would this build be good, but replacing 6870 with 6970 graphics of the same brand?
  15. ..

I wish this guide was updated more. :/
  16. There are some builds that will last a few years, so I asked.
  17. MSI Z68A-G43 (G3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard @ $100 Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz @ $220 Samsung DVD burner @ $17 Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM @ $30 Haanspree 23" 1920x1080 monitor @ $139.99 GTX 960Ti 1 GB Graphics Card @ $265 CORSAIR 650W PSU @ $95 Logitech Wireless Keyboard+Mouse Combo @ $29 HAF 912 Case @ $50 Hitachi 500GB HDD @ $80 Total cost: $1036 What do you guys think? Anything different you would do to this build?
  18. Note that this is for future reference, so I'd need a computer build that will be still good for a few years.
  19. I honestly love the new graphics. It is good to have change. I hated how boring the old graphics were.
  20. I'm 19, and Idk. However, for future references, what would be a good gaming computer that runs RS and any No$GBA game smoothly that is under $1000? EDIT: Would this computer run RS and any emulator well? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227367
  21. The thing is, I do have $, but my parents probably won't let me use it for a gaming computer. Weird I know..
  22. So it's not worth upgrading anything on this computer and I should just use what I have?
  23. Idk what PSU it has. How do I check the PSU in a Profile 5? And since it is a Profile 5 (all-in-one), Idk how to know that. Any help?
  24. I have another question. What would be a better graphics card for the computer for running RS and No$GBA even faster? I can spend up to $60. Thanks!
  25. I don't like grinding because it makes me get bored too easily. I only either slay or dungeoneer.
