What?! http://forum.tip.it/topic/266190-diet-questions/page__st__20 To op: I don't know much about P90x and that stuff, but isn't a HUGE part of it adhering to their strict diet? I guess if you do everything they say to the T, then you'll be good. Why don't you want to go to the gym though?
  3. You've seen Ben Hibon's gorgeous zombie animation work in A.D. and more recently in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. But now Hibon's getting a http://io9.com/5696973/finally-a-movie-the-exposes-peter-pan-for-the-kidnapping-creep-he-really-is YESSSSS

Toyotas are TANKS. Check out this Top Gear episode where they put a Toyota Hilux through god damn crazy tests (including fire, ocean, trees, wrecking balls, and demolition) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVkedyQZfwQ I bus to school, 45 minutes each way. Other than that I drive (Ford Focus) or walk everywhere

Dude...the bottom of this sub-forum goes back to two months ago. I hardly think anything was necro'ed being only a few weeks from the previous post. If I responded to someone on the bottom of the first page, I'd still be responding to something that was written in September. Go figure...a forum full of nerds hardly uses the sports and fitness section. But how often do the OP's actually stick around? A couple days maybe?

    Nice necro
  7. I agree. One thing's for sure, anything involving Simon Pegg and Nick Frost is lulzy and epic. They've got a new movie coming out http://www.whatispaul.com/ Also, both of them will be lending their voices in the Tin Tin movie:
  8. Looking good, great job! Big improvement, you have little swole worms now too  Your forearm now is bigger than your whole upper arm/bicep area used to be. Any idea how much you've put on total/ how much you weighed when you started vs now? It's definitely hard, a lot more than losing weight

Drugs are a grey area, because really, they shouldn't be illegal. I'm just trying to defend it from our current system's point of view, but it's still pretty futile. Do you have a news article or something that has someone being sent away for life for selling pills?
  10. Bloodstain replied to Zierro's topic in Off-Topic
Rarely such thing as an accident. Usually negligence. That's why they call them car collisions now

There really isn't as much subjectivity as you are implying. I'm from Canada, but I'm sure it's the same way in USA. The pills sentence is probably more for symbolic reasons, although you can argue that selling such a vast amount of pills COULD be worse than murder or rape. If you make enough pills available to people, you might cause more than one OD. Although I highly doubt that someone has gotten life for just selling pills, and with all this said I don't think the courts have enough subjective ability

That's not even something that would make it to courts/involve a charge, so nothing Same bum steals the hope diamond, hides it, but gets caught and the diamond can't be found. What's the equivalent punishment? Unrealistic example. Our current system has mandatory minimums, maximums, sentencing principles and rules, precedent (both horizontal and vertical), etc.

But what if I bought a CD and made a bunch of copies for my friends and family? I own the CD, I should be able to do with it whatever I please. no
  16. Mystic River, great movie about vigilante justice. Very good contrast to movies like Harry Brown and the like
  17. Just found this post on another forum So, who could it be? USA trying to be secretive? A terrorist organization trying to buy amnesty? Is he crazy? Is it some sort of scam? OITC Scam?

Violence isn't the only consequence. Although as far as I can remember, there is lots of debate on the topic of spanking and it's effects

Except the alternative isn't doing nothing. But whatever
  21. Saw it when it was posted on SA, great resoruce
  22. One of my friends went through an open adoption. She let a family adopt her baby, and she gets to be able to contact them and be able to be a part of the baby's life for a while. Could look into that. If you're a teen or something, I would've adopted the baby to someone, but of course it's your baby
  23. Have you considered abortion or adoption?
  24. Maybe American citizens should stop supporting drug cartels then
  25. But then people won't have a scapegoat
