I've heard meditation helps. You're supposed to lay still and focus on your breathing without thinking about anything else. I tried it last night but I suck at it, within around 20 seconds I'm thinking about something else, or a song starts playing in my head and I can't stop it.

I suppose you used CSS to place a border at the bottom of the images on mouseover? This is just me, but when I do something like that I like to use rounded corners, like this (second paragraph). When I scroll down the page about a third of the width of the screen is eaten up by the space you left for the illustration at the top. That's at 1024*600. You probably know better than I do whether that's a good idea or not, just letting you know. Maybe you can use the space taken up by the pattern to place the illustrations side-by-side with the text instead of having them in the same block?

Good luck with you r drawings. I haven't drawn in a while, I should get back to it. If it makes you feel any better, it's likely that that keyblade will only make you happy for a short amount of time.

Okay. Maybe you could make the logo and logo text interact some more? Something that looks less like a logo with text next to it. All lowercase "comma [logo] excess", maybe, with letters the same height as the logo?

I think we've pretty much come to an agreement (sorry that I don't remember posts you made 31 pages ago Ralph :P). I don't see how "no relationship can be saved" and "I don't head for the hills immediately" are compatible statements though.

I wasn't talking about the space between letters, just the width of the actual letters. I find this forum plenty readable even though the font is narrower. Maybe I would like it to simply be smaller--I just viewed the actual website and since I'm running Linux Mint, I see the text as some Arialesque font and I don't think it looks any nicer. Where's the but? I wasn't just explaining the reasoning behind the behaviour you were criticizing, I was advocating it for certain cases (i.e. not Furah's).

It's not really a matter of defeat... I guess it's more accurate to say people think of it as an investment. If you next as soon as something goes wrong you might be missing out on something, no? long-term relationships of any kind can't possibly be all happiness, I think.
