That depends... Does anyone know what the points are for your 50th task? Because it might be enough to cancel + still be able to offord the helm.

Alright, i'm 12 assingments from getting my slayer helm. But, my next assingment is 176 Black Demons. Here are my Stats: Attack: 82 Str: 82 Def: 82 Range: 84 Prayer: 70 Should i hally, melee with guth, melee with prayer, or range them? And where should i do it? I don't know any Safe Spots in the Members Dungon, so i would have to look some up. As for the other dungons; I don't know much about them.

Well, i guess everyone's money base here is way higher then mine, but I'll say this anyway. I think i have about 27M of wealth atm. But, i recently lost 4M due to lag at Monkey Guards(Z ring+Zam Cloak and some other stuff). And i just slowly made it back. Not that much of a biggie. Because i already had all the cash i needed to buy my items back, just needed to do it, and earn that money back. But, i NPC traded 1M every day for a week and got it back, and a little extra. It's called not having a life. And/or getting extremely lucky many times at Monster Bosses. Yeah, that's one of the most interesting things about my main account. I've been playing on it for about, possibly 3 - 4 years. And it has never been hacked. And i guess I'm lucky, to an point. I recently found out that my virus scanner wasn't scanning every day like it should be. And when i found out, and scanned my CPU, it found 30 viruses. I'm just lucky that one of those weren't a key logger pertaining to RS. And also, i have set recoveries. A scrambled password. And a bank pin. So now, i think my account is at maximum security.

How could you not make this decision on your own?! :shock: Slave ammy all the way! It adds 20% to acc and str, that's like having a better prayer then the level 3 combat set!

Well, if you do some ranging on the side, DFS is awesome. And i think in the long run, DFS is good all around look/stats. As for SGS, i think think all gs are good for any PvP activity, but in the long run, a waste of money.

I'd say save for bandos, and have a DFS for higher monster tasks. And a Defender for lower monster tasks. And possibly latter get a SGS for the spec would be nice.

Well, for my 2nd mem account, i trained at ogres for 40 - 70 in basically all combat stats, and a bit of my range stat. So, i'd say ogres. And i mad a good 1.2M+ by selling all the bones and drops. but if you're below 43 prayer, i'd save all of the bones for the Ectofungus or Gilded alters.

Alright, I'm 73 mage, and i want to get 75 just to have. But, when i calc'ed it out, it ended up that i would lose well over 600k by alching YLs. Since i don't want to lose much, I'm wondering what the best alching item is on the market right now. EDIT: i just did a bit of experimenting, and i see that addy platebodies only cost 47 gp per alch on med, so if nothing else comes up, I'll use this.

Tittle says most, what is best for speed/cost? I was thinking sally with proselyte plate and skirt. Or slayer dart with SC mage set (easy to get, and is cheaper then mystic). But, I'm not sure. EDIT: Alright, this is what i get for writing a short topic :wall: . I don't think anyone understands my method that i use atm. I think I'm just going to experiment with new methods. Because right now, I'm praying almost the whole way through. But, i haven't done any barrows for at least 4 months. So, my stats are better, and i no longer need to pray the whole way through now.

Alright, I'm tired of Obby/Zamm cape. So, I'm going to try for the FireCape again. The first time i did this, i ran out of sup restores right when i got to jad (Kinda funny eh?). So, I've been reading guides, and watching jad demonstrations(SPC?) for the last week, and i think I'm gona give it a few gos. Anyway, here is my set-up: And here are all my stats that apply: Attack: 82 Strength: 81 Defense: 80 Range: 84 Prayer: 70 Oh, and i can use the pools at Oo'Glog. The main things that i was thinking about was my weapon and hides. I was thinking of switching Black Hides with Karil's Leathers. But the melee defence seemed more important to me. But, Dragon Darts and Karil's Crossbow are out of the subject. I'm not spending 700k on Bolt Racks every attempt. Nor am i spending 2m on Dragon Darts(that's a given). But, i think Rune Darts would have been an option, but I'd have to switch my cape with Ava's Accumulator. And then there is the Rune Crossbow, but i wouldn't know what bolts and what shield to use. The reason I'm using the Crystal Bow is because the recharges are cheap (down to 190k for me) and that's what the Guide I'm using says to use. But, that's were you guys come in. Thanks in advance for your advice~

Well, the fastest way i think would be black knives at yaks with about 10 SC coifs, and points to charge them when they all run out. And I'd throw in some range pots. But, the best exp + cost way i think is the same method. But with bronze/iron knives. And you can take out the pots, but i think the coifs are a must.

I'm not out to bash your opinion, just give my own. DFS is the best shield in the game, for tanks and melee alike. I value defence and attack over strength. And i tank alot with range, so in light of all of this, DFS is the best item i could get. Well if you tank, sure. Overall for training, it's weak, so you should remember that. DFS gives Strength and defense, but R defender gives attack. Full D'H is just a little thing i wanted to try out, so you most likely are right about this. What i meant was, i tried saving for tassets a few months ago, and i broke down and bought a zerker ring and warspear. Both of witch, i use all the time. For a miniscule bonus. (Tassets and ring. Spear is good.) As for the fire cape, i tried it and got to jad without no Sup Restores, so i got my prayer up to 60 then 70. And on top of all of that, my range is 84 as my defence is 80. So, i have more then levels needed. And as for the 1m, i meant that for about 3 or 4 trys. Jad has almost nothing to do with stats as much as experience. And your last comment was most likely the most useful, because that's what I'm considering doing. Alright, this is the last link the quote chain. Yes, i tank all the time at CW, and all other mini games. So, i will buy the DFS over time. And i do have a Rune Defender for training. And, the problem with jad was, that my prayer level was 52, and drained too fast. so i bought a god cloak, and got it to 70. So, it will drain alot slower now. And def is in case you get caught in a melee range with certain monsters. and range is the most useful. Because without a decent(70+) level, you're gona die really soon. And honestly, i really don't know where you got this whole "Stats don't matter that much, and nether does experience" thing. I'm gona have a mod lock this before it becomes a flame battle. I guess I'm just going to save the money, and keep enjoying the game.

Well, I made 400k+ an hour when i was doing it. That's really good money. Anyway, never heard of 'shrimps on mosle'.

Well, I've been making money off and on over the last few days. I was trying to make about 1M a day to save for a Dragonfire Shield. The was i was doing this was NPC trading Raw Bird Meats. Well, the first 3 or 4 days went really smooth. I bought 16k meats a day, and since prices were rising about 4GP a day, i kept them instead of selling them all off every day(they were also easily selling at max price) . But a few days ago, they started to drop. I had about 48k meats at the time, and decided that it was time to sell them off. They took about 24hrs to sell, and i had to sell them at lowest too. I think it was about 300k - 400k less then i originally thought i would make. At this time, i have about 4m give or take some K. Since they're dropping a good amount every day now, i feel discouraged to make any more money. I was thinking about Buying full D'h and calling it quits. I also am thinking about making cash through MTK and any other method that i feel like doing, and pushing spending to a minimal to make the money needed slowly over time. But, as the same scenario as me saving for my tassets went, i broke down after a while and bought a Warspear and Berserker Ring instead. And, i have another thing i want to try... I want to try my hand at the fight caves, and I'd need a good 1M to try a few times. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hmm. Well, i think i got three. The first one happened when i was about level 55 give or take. I was walking over White Wolf Mountain, and i saw some guy in druidic robes. He was being attacked by the Big Wolf, and was about 3/4 HP, and wasn't fighting back. So i just watched him, and finally he died. He dropped a bunch of odds and ends, but among that pile was the first 100k I'd ever make. I think it was about 1.3k nature runes, and i hurried to Catherby to sell them. Some guy gave me 30k and a Dragon Long Sword. Even though it was a complete ripoff, i didn't know at the time. But, i didn't mind once i found out. I lost many friends over that sword. It seemed everyone i met wanted to buy it for 80k - 90k. And resale it latter. But i hung onto that sword until i was 60 attack, and did Lost City. The 2nd one was when i wanted a Whip soo much. I couldn't help it, so i chopped yews for as long as i could stand. Then played a game of CW, and was right back at it. I chopped and chopped until i hit 2.4M in coins. Then i went to world 2, and bought my first item over 500k. Alright, number 3. This was about 16 months ago, so i remember it quite well. It was a few weeks after the GE release, and i was killing Lesser Demons. And i just noticed that there was some red under the ashes of the demon that i just killed. I moved my Dragon Scimmy cursor over the pile, and right clicked. And i read to myself: Shield Left Half. I was so happy, i went right to the GE and sold it for a nice 750k.(this was before they fell to 65k)

I will never get banned. The only way that would happen is if some how some hacker got a hold of my account and banned it.Which could be apped easily. I keep my mouth shut is someone offends me, because it's called report and ignore. My public chat is off most of the time when I'm around dirt bags. And the only offense i ever had was saying "Someone that should be stabbed in their sleep' on my level 91. Which was supposed to be said in the IRC i was in. If it was deleted from the DB, I'd get everything i could collect from JaGeX, and go to my level 91 fall back account.

I'd put it in MTK. I'm doing that on my 91 2ndary P2P account. I'm currently working on a new pure, and won't be on that acc much for a few weeks/months. And as long as i log back on every day/other day and cut a few maple logs for them, and get my app rating up to 100%, I'll have a lot of cash to come back to. I'm gona buy a fury with it ^.^
