Isn't Stellar Dawn the new book that is coming out? It sounds familiar but can't remember exactly what it is.

from the requirements posted on 20-21-921-56285814 I find that the total experience needed, including the 85 cmb(put the guy at 65 atk/str/def, 60 rng, 75 magic, 55 pray, 26 sum, 66 hp), is proximately 9.45m, only 2.55m short of a skill cape. Personally, I believe that the quest cape is better than some, but not all. IMO Rc, slayer, agility and farming, maybe con, would be more of an accomplishment than the quest cape while the others are either easily got by grinding or bought with cash which doesn't really show anything.

30-35 minutes? I thought you needed to wait 4 hours before selling it again... that is if the buying and selling of the item exceeds the amount you're allowed to buy/sell in 4 hours

Only problem for her was the lag, she did lag out twice but she was lucky to get back in. But not lucky to get any decent items.

The easy way to distinguish if the item is a d chain or not, basically recreate it. Person 1: Wears D Chain(possibly also have slayer cape) Person 2: Takes Picture Have person 1 stand away from person 2 with its back to person 2. Person 2 pans the camera around until he finds an angle that looks roughly like the original picture. Take picture. Compare the Pictures.

You're allowed to buy and sell X amount of items in 4 hours. Example: You buy 50 d boots in 1hr 30 mins You then sell those d boots in 2hrs You have to wait 30mins - 4hrs(I do not remember if the 'timer' starts at the last item you buy/sell or the first)

Why would legs be rarer than skirts? They have the same stats. SO I would assume they are the same drop rate.
