a good percentage of people are quitting yes they got rid of rwt and bots but in return are hurting the gameplay of millions of legit players pkers, monster hunters, merchanters, stakers are greatly damaged by the updates what's left? skillers?

They are "supposedly" prices set by players, though they put limits on items so who really knows if we the players are setting the prices you can still buy/sell 5% from GE but who knows, with jagex's recent brainstorming sessions they might want to control it completely the price doesn't change with player to player interactions though you will have to make a trip to varrock every time you'd want to sell something to see what the new prices are

With the upcoming 3k limit differential, forums would be worthless in buying and selling goods because everything would be the same price give or take 3,000 gp. It's attempting to make players conform to use Grand Exchange as the main trading method. Say I had 10000 Nature runes whose current GE price would be at 275 each. I could not sell over 3000 within 15 minutes at even 1 gp difference otherwise it would be "unbalanced" So if i didn't sell through GE, I'd have to sell at exactly 275 each. But that would be the same as everyone else trying to sell nats on the forum. The fact that all items would be sold at the same price on the forums would result in: All rares would have to be sold on GE All items in bulk would have to be sold on GE All expensive items would have to be sold on GE There is a minimum limit that an item can go and that price is set by GE. Your thoughts?

This is new and exciting information. IIRC the Microsoft loses money per console as well. They did at launch anyway. I think they make a significant profit per console now. The PS3 became slightly cheaper to build too. But both companies compensated with price cuts, which are better business moves than just getting profit per consoles. Price cuts increase sales, which is better than selling less consoles for a higher price. yes well most of the systems they sold were sold at losses. sony still loses lots of money per system. i heard if mgs4 didn't sell 1M+ copies on day 1, it would be a failure. though since it's simulatenous world wide release, that isn't too difficult a task. i know for sure microsoft was down atleast $2 Bil at one point due to the cost of making the 360 and said they should be making profits this year.

i have 360, ps3, and wii my wii hasn't been turned on for over 5 hours total in 3 months. lots of people like it but if you put it side by side the other two, it just can't match up.

When you were searching, were you searching for the DS"fat" or the DS lite? The DS lite at the lowest screen setting is still perfectly easy to see. Good stuff. My time was just a really rough estimate. I should say, too, that I had it on pretty much the highest brightness setting lol. my timing was based upon multiplayer thru wifi in socom, but if you're playing single player, it will probably last 6+ of straight playing. i've never let it that low though. yes it's maybe half of the ds' battery life, but like i said before. how often are you gonna be on the road for 6+ hrs or riding a plane? I know for certain just having music going on the psp, it will last the whole day because i forgot to turn it off and checked the next day and it was still going Either one you buy, you won't go wrong. both have their strong points and weak points the other dude that said ds has alot of original games and psp is mostly ps1 games. please list the GOOD ds "originals" and i'll give you an equal list of GOOD psp games i believe the correct word is spin off

My god, 3+ hours! That's something :roll: . The DS lite looks incredibly sexy IMO, It's a good looking handheld. And if someone wants they can take those game lists of mine and compose it into ports/not ports. IIRC really the only 'ports' on the DS are Super mario 64, Mario kart and, uh.. yoshi's island? (don't remember). Oh and Final fantasy III. 3 hours, yes. how long are you in a car for? how long are you on a vacation playing hours straight, ya nice vacation doing something you can do at home? how much free time do you have on lunch break? you said yourself that you only like to whip it out and play for a bit. point is unless you're just stupid and don't like plugging it in at night when you're not playing then yes you will run out of battery who the hell plays their ds for 15 hours straight? i'd play about 1 hour of my free time at most a day on either handheld and just leave it charging over night. i have no idea idea what you mean by "sexy" i've had the ds and psp, i own the ds lite and psp slim. i'm not saying the ds lite is horrid looking, but you guys are saying the psp is so ugly that it shouldn't be bought. i don't like the appearance of one over the other because i don't f'ing care. if the ds or psp looked like a bowl but still played the games i enjoy, i'd still buy it. as they are now, i'd say they are both very sleek, but i wouldn't choose one over the other according to the looks

sorry lots of ds games are also "just ports" and psp has their fair share of new games horrible design? what makes you say that? is it because of how hawt the ds looks :XD: huge size? have a psp and ds in each hand. original ds and original psp now have ds lite and psp slim. i'm sorry that whole post was wrong ds has a more impressive battery life. that's because the psp has alot more horse power which enables it to have superior graphics compared to the ds. i can still get 3+ hours on my psp [image Removed - woopidoo2] i've beaten mario after mario after mario. i know he's the face of nintendo but comeon :-k

psp is my choice, i have both but i use my psp alot more they both have equally good games. ds: zelda, metriod, mario, pokemon, final fantasy psp: metal gear solid, socom, final fantasy, grand theft auto but yea web browser, music, photos, videos. makes my ipod useless since it does all that stuff + games you wouldn't go wrong with either though because both have enough to keep you entertained

i've killed a few max you can hit is 2 on it drops nothing

the games aren't sequels and have no connection to each other other than recurring names and a few spells but that's like calling the same gun in halo 1 the same as in halo 3. these are different games, different protagonists, and different storylines. i nearly beat 12 without all those hunts but i had to reformat my ps3 and it started over so i'm not playing it over again

a good way is if one or more prayers are activated, then it shouldn't regenerate and it should drain at regular speed but if none are active then i don't see the harm in prayer being regenerated.

we don't know how many trades does it take or not take to move the price i can say for sure sara and armadyl godsword does not get sold often but the market price will probably be in the same area day by day maybe up to 10 successfully get sold a day where as some people may want a few hundred blood runes on ge at minimum because i put up 1k and some got sold but the price was lowered since release. whether it has to do with amount being sold or ratio to amount buying and selling which seems like a smart thing to do, we have no idea what system they implemented. i'm sure you believe you're smarter than jagex staff, but lets be honest. they've been working on ge for months, maybe years and you think up of a better idea in a day or two? ya ya you've probably taken econ 2301 in college, but i'm sure they have too :roll: i like the update, even if they are trying to control prices then who cares? just because you can't sell your seeds the whole update was a failure? game + thinking = no way, i'm off to wow

there is no way to solo sara i can kill about 3 rounds of zammy solo kill 2 rounds of armadyl haven't tried bandos solo there shouldn't be an official world 1/50 split? chances are you won't get the drop anyways and they probably won't share
