There's a problem with that, focused training, you couldn't, for example, grow magic trees. (if you had quest points, you could grow 2). And besides that, the current limit is 3k (30k) in 15 minute period, which would mean 16 hours per day (it could be more, I don't know much they play a day) sweatshop player could get 192k exp per day to a skill, 1920k if 200+ quest points... And if they did that. No matter if the limit is 3k (30k) a day or 15 minutes, they'd lose too many players, they won't do that.

Didn't they Summoning can be used by all combat styles so it's similar to prayer in the way it benefits all classes? Didn't they say that was the plan when summoning was going to be a part of magic so that idea has been scrapped?

I can't really say it affected me that much, especially if they succeed in making the LootShare better for monster hunting, if not, then I'd be rather annoyed, but would probably keep on living.

Just because it's possible in concept doesn't exactly mean a RWT person actually will do it, due to the high risk of getting killed anyway... of course with a team it is possible, but since I have this picture that a gold buyer is too stupid to understand you can make more money by being member for a month, I doubt they could graps the concept what they should do in Bounty Hunter in the first place (I mean to transfer wealth).
