I don't know about your guy friend (I chalk it up to male metabolism, which is incredible) but I think your weight lose "issue" comes from hormones. If you are on a contreceptive of some sort, the man-made hormone "progestin" can do all sorts of odd things to your body. Not all of which are bad, but weight loss is rather common. Stress can also be an attribute to sudden weight loss (although in some it has the adverse effect). If you don't believe its any of these, then consider yourself blessed with either really good metabolism...or a tapeworm.

well that's a little discouraging :/ But atleast I know, I can still gain strength :lol: So, it's been...2 weeks? ish Already my arms are looking better (I wouldn't say signficantly, but noticibly). My pec area hasn't changed to much if at all, but yeah. Atleast my shoulders are starting to come to fruition. And after a month or so of working my biceps/triceps there's been some pretty significant gain. If I wasn't so pasty, I'd be incled to post a picture. Maybe over the summer, when I don't look like casper, I'll show off the glocks. They're not quite guns yet. :twss:

That's real sensitive of you there, Lent It may be the best option in some cases, but I don't particularly like promoting man-whoredom. Plus he would have to deal with being attatched to a chick and then essentially intententionally friendzoning himself. This process is easy, but it's not exactly fun.

Willow sounds familiar, but I'd have to watch it again. My decription was based on a memory that is barely there to begin with, so you might be right.

All my best examples have been posted :| LoTR is a pretty close comparison. And there's another movie where a hobit like guy has an archer and a mage friend take on a dragon defending their village. Started with a "b". It was titled after the hobit like character. Can't for the life of me remember the whole title though. That's gonna bug me.

Whether this numbness is normal or not, you are not alone. I, too am feeling it. I see good looking girls, but no longer get the fleeting feeling of heartfelt attraction. I beleive it's because I'm not 100% over my last girlfriend. You've never had a real girlfriend though. I think it's a feeling of "bubble bursting". We've lived in a fantasy world where love just magically happens (Thanks Disney >.>). But our bubble has been burst and life has proven our core beliefs on love wrong. When we accept the real world way of living, maybe these feelings will return. Maybe its just a matter of we haven't met that special person yet. I've gone years without liking a girl though, without that fleeting feeling. It's...different. But I assure you that it comes back. It may just take some time.
