  1. To be honest, I'm not too into gaming either. I practice by flirting with women all the time, but it's not like I take 'em all home. Like you said, a relationship just feels right. But there's a big difference between a relationship, and dating. When you realize the difference for yourself, you'll make the realization I have. As for age difference? Depends on the culture and maturity. For the most part though, 16 year olds should stick to the 15-17 crowd. Under 15 shouldn't date, and 18 should stick to 17+. But taht's just my opinion.
  2. So who else is ready for the most epic metric day of the century? :twss:

2009 didn't end on a very good note for me (but the first 7 months or so were great). I'm looking forward to the rest of 2010, but i's gonna be weird. I'm already off to a bda start though by blowing off a party that was essential to meeting a certain someone at the last second >.<. That was [developmentally delayed]ed of me to say the least. But I'll have a chance to make up for it soon, so it might not be all bad. Yet.
  4. ...you may want to lay off the 'scape a tad. Besides, have confidense, you dashing young lad. The ladies can't resist our good looks ;)

AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T POUR PEROXIDE ON IT!! I made that mistake a few years ago, and now my chin is permanitly a shade redder than anywhere else on my body. I heard that it killed cells like no other. I forgot to consider that also included skin cells, not just the bacteria. I'm still kicking myself for it, 4 years later.
  6. ah ah ah Synyster Gates is a damn good guitar player (albeit his main talent is just climbing the higher portion of the neck) Regardless, I can't imagine an A7x without The Rev. Not only was he a beastly drummer (I've been listening to their discography non-stop on a loop since my last comment on this page - no lie) but he was like the heart and soul of the band. They better make a tribute album. It better be accoustic. And they better not break up. I want them to handle it like Hawthorne Heights handled the death of their "screamer". By putting his name on all future albums, and never even attempting to replace him. James Sulliven will be with us in spirit. Always.
  7. After watching her at the LA countadown to the New Year, I fell in love with Fergie all over again <3:
  8. Aqua, Flyingjj, bedman I was once just like you. We believe in fairy tales, and the wellbeing of human relationships, and we believe that these "PUA" types are whats wrong with the world. Unfortuantly, you will one day face the realization that not everything they teach is full of crap. This is the real world after all. Yes there's the whole true love will find its own way method...but what if you meet your "one" before you are ready? How will you prepare yourself? How do you intend on getting her attracted to you? What makes you think that just because you love her, she feels the same way? What the "PUA" types teach is how to ensure these things. Yes being a direct word for word pick up artist is rather douchey in my opinion, but think of it as practice for the real thing. After all, practice makes perfect ;) --- JeremyM You may have a chance with this girl yet. But please for the love of morailty, don't muck up her relationship with her boyfrend. Let nature take its course. In the mean time, be wary of the ever present "friend zone" --- Scorched I admit, those are some mighty mixed signals you got going there. I enjoyed reading that story, very thorough, very detailed and down right enjoyable. It seems like you're at a cross raods. I think you could actually choose to go either way with her (friend or girlfriend). Supporting the just friends: 1) Awkward after make out 2) lack of contact 3) no physical contact while hanging out (You even admitted regretting not trying anything, but lord almighty if you get the opurtunity to do something DO IT) Suppporting Girlfriend: 1) Get along well 2) late night phone calls 3) make out 4) "old fashion" could explain odd behavior 5) understanding of eachother
  9. 1. Get over ex girlfriend 2. Get job 3. Get ripped 4. Find new girlfriend 5. Ace College first semester

Good movie. It felt like Romeo and Juliet meets the Smurfs on steroids, lol. It was visually gorgeous, with highly creative landscapes and fantasy animals (even if they were heavily based on real animals). The plants were entertaining, and the night scenes were just beatiful! As for the actual movie, cheesy or not I loved it. The parrallel to America's Middle Eastern presence wasn't very subtle . Story was rather predictable, but it was a hell of a ride regardless. 3 hours well spent. Praise Eywa!
  11. Congradulations :D The most recent awesome thing I've done was sleep until 4:30pm. Impressive, but not exactly admirable
  12. :( NOOOOOO A7x is one of my favorite bands! Damn it! And he was a pretty damn good drummer, too. I hope this doesn't mean the end of Avenged Sevenfold
  13. In my experience cave manning is either epic win or epic fail. There's not much middle ground. I enjoy doing it though, it's funny when you fail at it, because of how awkward some people make it. So it's a win-win for me, I either fail and laugh about it, or succeed and continue.
  14. I like the lack of stache, abc  Much better. I could never do the emo-flip thing wither . There's a pic around here somewhere of me trying though. I'll have to dig it up sometime.
  15. We don't serve your kind here. Says the kid who's RS status says "p2p"
  16. Hey, if you're okay with that, good for you  Very empowering. And you will win many friends this way.
  17. Well, he might be a bit pushy, and possibly self absorbed, but I don't think that sounds too bad. No, it wasn't cool of him to blame you for a group split. I guess he just doesn't realize how often that happens, especially right before college. But you shouldn't dig up old dirt either (assuming you brought it up after the fact). No one likes reliving old drama. And maybe you were acting dramatic at the time. Even if you were, it makes no difference, it's a normal reaction when you see your circle fall apart. I'd say you're buddy's problem is that he isn't sensitive enough. And I say your problem is a lack of trust. Perfectly understandable, and normal character flaws. There's nothing really wrong with either of you. But I reitterate the point that he might not be the kind of guy you get close with. Doesn't sound like the type of person I'd want as my best friend (but that's also judging on the handful of facts you have presented me, not his entire personallity). My advice? Chill. If you want a closer relationship, you may have to do things his way every now and then and put up with his BS. If you want a closer relationship with someone other than him, then by all means meet someone! You aren't limited to just your one buddy.
  18. eh, I wasn't that much older. And I was WAY into Pokemon, so seeing Ash "die" was pretty upsetting.
  19. I thought I was the only one! I'm a sucker for sad parts of movies. Even comedies. Perhaps I'm over sensitive?
  20. You're his room mate, and long time friend then. I'm fairly sure that anything he leaves you out of wasn't done to intentionally hurt you. I'd say its more your lack of trust/paranoia. Its possible that he wants some space, but it sounds to me like you are already fairly close. Do you feel like you can talk about anything? Share thoughts? Share feelings? The difference between your girlfriend and your best friend is usually the sexual activity. Other than your paranoia, I don't see much of a problem here. If you feel like he's leaving you out, make an effort to hang out with him, and he'll probably return the favor. If he doesn't, bring it up that you don't see him as much as you used to. It's also possible for friends to grow apart, which majorly sucks, but it happens all the time. But just like girls, theres millions of other guys out there just waiting to make a new friend. You could be that friend.
  21. I didn't win a single event :(
  22. The HUD of my Sarcasm Scanner just exploded. Uhm, what he's saying makes a lot of sense. ;)
  23. Aparently my most used keys are "space" "d" "g" "i" "e" and "r" That's fun little way of noticing
  24. It makes sense, most guys build comfort before (or often instead of) attraction because nice guy syndrome is so common. You have to keep in mind that this is infact a Rnuescape Fansite's forum ;) Well growing uo in 3 different highschools has certainly taken its toll on you. You have no loyal friends to really fall back on, because you've never known anyone long enough. You lack of trust for people is understandable. Trust is a difficult thing to earn, but the more time you spend with someone, the more likely you are to trust them. Maybe you and your roomate just aren't connecting on a very personal level. There's plenty of ways to change that (like asking for advice, meeting his family/friends). Or maybe he's just one of those guys that you can't really get close to. They exist believe it or, not but it usually poses a larger problem to women then it does guys. Some guys like just hanging out and having a good time. And that's the extent of their existance. There is no deep, personal relationship available. You said you are good at meeting people, which is a good tool to have. You should stop acting cold towards people out of paranoia though. You gotta start letting things ride. Smoetimes it ends up messy, other times you'll find yourself with a very close friend.
  25. None of which I would have a problem with to be honest. If fruit's in love/has oneitis with that person, I don't think that would satisfy him. And dark, vicariously means for lack of a better choice. Where did you hear that? It's a substitute, not nesesarily a downgrade. (cite: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/vicarious ) Oh and @Lordcannicus Expect a lot of "gftog" answers. It really does help, but its probably not what you were looking for as a solution.
