i support, bu i think that 1 chicken and one cow aren't going to be enough. that and the cooking guild has very low requrements, and this seems like itwould benefit the weak a little to much. mostly i want more grapes in the guild!

haven't they already? if you wanna go way back to RSC (the real runescape) its graphics were half the bit rate as the current runescape. and if you haven't noticed, JaGeX does improve the graphics now and then, the most resent being the goblins. fallador didn't always look like it does now all white and shiny. It used to look worse then the slums of Barbarian Village!

remember that the quest cape is still considered a cape of acheivement. therefore it should be about as hard to get as a 99 cape. so ur dream quest will one day be realized, although it may be a while. and for someone so in love with questing im surprised u didn't mention the quest realese(sp?) pattern. every 100 quests a horrifically hard one comes out (recipe for disaster) every 50 quests a really hard one comes out (mournings end 2) every other quest another easy one comes out(tower of life) this isn't a absolute patern, but it serves as a nice guideline. you can expect another hard quest in another month or two :)

jagex has the inflation thing under control - what do you think construction was for? has no one else noticed that construction was basically a bottomless pit with a sign that said "put money here"? (feel free to quote that :wink:) hi alching is the only thing keeping runescapes economy from going bankrupt. well besides merchants, but technically merching doesn't add money to the game it just moves it around. yes more money is coming in the game then going, but im sure that will be solved somehow. perhaps a new money eating skill?

that would be very bad if jagez decided to do this because, then all the rich spoiled kids would be rich and spoiled in game as well. meanwhile all us hardworking, not-so-rich people will be left out of extra content.

obviously mining has been tampred with by the allmighty guthix...i think this is an attempt by Jagex to make it so low levels can catch up to the high levels. as much as i trust guthix and his ways of balance, i think that it is a tad unfair that low miners are beating high miners at a 7:10 ratio. i think the ratio hould be more in favor to the high lvls at something closer to a 5:7 ratio. i also have 73 mining, going for 85 :wink:

absolutly yes. if someone who is f2p gets a skill to 99, they deserve it way more than a member with 99 in that skill. (im going to get quoted on that for sure) like the thread said, some1 who gets 99 wc off nothing but willows spent alot more time playing then a member. being amember lets you lvl up a lot faster then being a freeworlder. i like the whole portal idea, but it could lead to some issues regarding members worlds.

runescape is educational - and definiatly improves problem solving skills. Ive witnessed a few members quests and treasure trail stuff. some of the puzzles are very challenging, therefore educational. however on the f2p side of things, there are no puzzles. instead there is something thta u can actually use in real life acounting skills. All the f2p merchants have to no what their doing, whether they need to increase funds or decrease them. running an f2p buisness is not easy, i know cuz i have 3. so i think that if you choose to make it so, runescape can be educational to a certain extent

my opinion may be a bit biased because im 100% f2p but... i think f2p should get more updates, after all majority rules. according to the first post there are 2.5mil f2p ppl and 900k p2p ppl. i'm not saying f2p gets anything to major, but i demand atleast more bank space if not access to a minigame. sure f2p doesn't pay quite as much as the mems do, but we out number them over 2:1. and think about it, that means f2p is nearly half of Jagex's profit. therefore f2p and p2p are equals, no matter what the levels/experience says. alot of that is from mem only skills anyway. and as proff that Jagex hasn't completely given up on f2p they throw us (f2p)a bone every now and then. Security dungeon - it may have been a subliminal security message, but a dungeon is a dungeon. plus we get graphic updates, holiday stuff, and occasionally new emotes. But when you look at the member side of the updates, they get weekly updates including new places, new minigames and new armor. That in no way is equal. if f2p as a total pays about as much as all the mems do total, we should have that same equality shown on the updates center!

im all for anti-macroer ideas, but making my axe break seems more like a punishment to me then the bots. i do like the idea of making an atk requirement, but that would make skillers mad. but when you think about it, skillers are another form of pures, and how does jagex feel about pures?

ive often thought about this same idea, only b4 i read your post. but eventually i figured it would cause more problems then solutions. Pros 1. variety 2. indviduality 3. creativity cons 1. lots of memory take up 2. confusion of stats* 3. loss of character** *if you were to walk in the wild with your purple colored rune, people wouldn't know what to do, they could think that you were wearing something like mith for all they know **lvls 50-70 are basically when you define your runescape life. this is the time when lvling up starts becoming very hard and annoying. if you could make your armor "different" you would lose motivation to continue to lvl up. bottom line: i disagree
