  1. No, this method isn't really effective, since people most likely will have public chat off when woodcutting, or preoccupying themselves another way, rather than staring at a screen as their character hacks a tree with an axe... In a nut shell, it's quite obvious to spot out a macroer: 1. Appearance-Most macroers have the "default" appearance, which is bald headed, white skinned, tanned torso and green pants, sometimes facial hair is present. However most macroers now wear the clothing obtained from random events, most common is the camo outfit. 2. Username-hjgh0210...hmm...quite a strange choice for a username, doesn't look like this person put any time nor effort into creating their username! This is another sign of a macroer, names like "kjhi208" and "hghg5566," are common names among macroers. 3. Actions-Most macros take a long time to respond, whether it be a random event or a tree respawning. If you notice a continous streak of ignorance, it's usually a macro. 4. Levels-Ah yes, the common stereotypes of lvl 3's have evolved into a new and "better" age...most macroers you'll notice, are ranged from lvls 3-5, with the rare occasion of a 6+ macroer. Well that's pretty much it, make sure you report every macro you see, we're taking 'em down one at a time...
  2. Scratch out Clue Scrolls, that shouldn't even be an option. Hunter-Quickest and safest way IMO, depending on your level you can get about 200-250/h, and they sell for 750-800ea depending on quantity. So doing the math now...150m/750=2m, so 2m chinchompas must be captured to reach your goal, which will take you a minimal of 10k hours,416 days,1 year a month and 20 days...you get the picture... In the long run though, it's not really worth it. Like Andrew_s_2 said, you get a feeling of accomplishment when you buy the phat, but soon enough you start questioning what's the purpose of having one, when you could've spent that 150m raising a skill/skills to 99, or PKing. But nevertheless, I support you on your goal to 150m :) PS-Staking is the fastest but riskiest option, if you have a good staking account, then stake away!
  3. Fire Bolt Iron Dragons if you have the money for it, or just alch.
  4. Ok thanks, what level mage is good for Steel Drags, like 80?
  5. Not too long, 10m worth is chins is about 14k chins, which might take you under a month or just a bit over.
  6. Ok, I was wondering if I should try Maging Iron/Steel Dragons, here are my necessary stats: -71 Mage -53 Pray I have full ahrim, I'll craft my own runes and I'll buy the Anti-pots, but I'm wondering if I should raise my Mage to a certain level before attempting this? Also, what is the recommended invent? Thanks!
  7. You only need 50 attack to hold the staff.
  8. Yeah, like wachtwoord said, it'd become much too crowded. Imagine like 50 people fighting Dharoks at one time
  9. Don't go for cooking just because it takes a shorter time than hunter :shame: Hunter is more profitable than cooking, you can make a good 35-40mil by the time you're done. Besides, cooking skill cape is overachieved...yet then again, hunter is probably next in line :-k
  10. Invent -Money for carpet Ride -Lobsters to fill remaining spaces Equipment -Spottier Cape -Boots of Lightness -Penance Gloves -Innoculation Bracelet If you have an adequate supply of rubies and the right crafting level, go for the Innoculation Bracelets. You'd also have to complete Zogre Flesh Eaters quest to wear them, but I find them much better than taking Anti-Pots and Prayer Books.
  11. Best way to train RCing now is ZMI altar, just be prepared with alot of cheap runes in increments of 20. For training strength there are several ways. However I always say train it on your current slayer task, as you raise strength and slayer.
  12. MSB > Seercrull for training. Personally, I find no use for Seercrull. Unless you're a high risking PKer and want to prevent your opponent from using certain spells, there's not much point in using it.
  13. Runescape has more of a medieval theme, I don't think Martial Arts would collaberate well with it.
  14. Well, whenever you gain a level you see a short show of fireworks congratulating you on levelling. I think it'd be cool that when you reach level 99, there'd be a huge fireworks show, not the dainty ones they usually show; I'm talking like Fourth of July fireworks! Anyone else think it's a cool idea?
  15. Get 53 Hunter in the Falconry. From there catch Grey Chinchompas from lvl 53-63 Hunter. When 63 Hunter catch Red Chinchompas from here on to your desired level. Always do Red Chinchompas from here on, everything else has a poor exp gain rate, and Chinchompas make a good profit.
  16. You don't get limps from Ice Giants, sorry.
  17. Try getting all your stats above level 60+, then level 70+ and so forth, I find it relieves me of boredom.
  18. It should get you into the low/mid 90s, not sure about 99 though. I'd say 95.
  19. The problem with your plan, is that rune arrowtips don't always stay at 200ea in the shop, they continually raise by 20gp every time you buy a set of 10.
  20. Cooking gaunts are easy to obtain, just finish the Family Crest quest and speak to Caleb in Catherby. IMO you should go for 99 wc, because after you get 99 wc you can continue on to 99 fletching with the logs you've cut. You can buy flax for the amount needed and spin them into bowstrings for some good crafting exp. And if you have 44 runecraft you can craft the amount of pure ess needed into nats and alch the yew longs for very good mage exp. It's an extremely long process, but in the long run it's worth it.
  21. Selling the bloods for around 1m, then buy 2k yew longs and 2k pure ess. Craft the pure ess into nats and alch the yew longs for mage exp. You could also do this with mage longs.
  22. Pickpocket Master Farmer until 41, then do Pyramid Plunder from there on. You can gain a level every two games from pyramid plunder, and you can play about 5 games before having to restock, so about 6 levels in an hour. However it soon increases to three games a level, but not until around lvl 49 thieving.
  23. So thats why Wild Dogs are 63 combat... Making slayer a pain when you have Mossies or Fires >.< Another hint; Certain monsters, eg bandits, will always be agressive if you have a God related Item on you. Do Bandits attack you if you have the new god equipment?? Like Bandos hilt and stuff.
  24. Rune scimmy, end of story. 2H is slow and rarely hits, whereas scimmy is twice as fast as 2h and hits decent.
  25. And monsters lvl 63+ will always be aggressive, because (2)63+1=127, which is an unreachable level.
