Yeah, I can see fletching/cooking/firemaking capes nearly all around RuneScape. Usually people just buy the logs, because they cannot be bothered to cut them thenselves. And the raw food. The quest cape is seen quite a lot, but I think it is pretty admireable, because you can't buy quests.

Im just guessing this. The lines on your chart thingie which come from the WOMs house also lead to the chaos altar in varrock. It is possible he may be working with the Zamorack Mage in the wanted quest. Or the connection is also farely near to the Dark Wizard Circle. The circle is a circle of guthix because in druidic ritual they had the other circle. Possible he might be trying to destroy Saradomin by Allying with Guthixand Zamorack then taking Sardomins place as a god.
