I'm pretty sure you can use the mining guild in f2p? If so it should not be to bad. he can enter the mining guild but it's always crowdy on f2p servers

do you wanna inviste in bolts or do you want to make them by yourself? I still use addy bolts and my range is 99 but i make them by myself so my suggestion make your own bolts OR if you're a rich guy just buy some onyx bolts :P
