70 melee stats aren't high.

I hope a slayer monster with a lvl 95 slayer req. Pretty much 100% sure some xp. 100% sure access to a new area where we can do some interesting stuff. And I think we will be able to attach shoulder pads or something to a dragon chain to make a dragon platebody( using the mithril dragon forge of course \ ) (ie: another useless item)

If you do not use a godsword void hits less than max str bonus. Of course the imrpoved accuracy makes up for this \

The max you can hit with vengeance in pvp combat is the cutting point of y=0.75x and y=(hp)-x, in which x is the amount your opponent hits you for. So the max veng can hit is 42 if you do not use sara brews.

That's a really bad argument. The bailout came from tax payers money to aid our own country. Again, there's no way we're giving a trillion dollars to a country when we are trillions in debt. i never said you should pay their aids medicine. They have taxpayers too so they can do it themselves.

I'm trying to say that their resources will be growing at a slower rate than births. Even then, if a cure was created, it would most likely need a booster shot, and possibly multiple shots. The organization, cost of the cure, transportation, people, cooperation, and shelter would cost over a trillion dollars to put together, not just the "100 billion" for the cure itself.
