Get your facts straight. Kill them in the Witchaven dungeon, or in Taverly dungeon. Their scroll quite costly? It heals 14 for (as of today) 281 gp. Monkfish heal 16 hp for 388 gp. You do the math. I found it was quite fast using melee+prayer. Lol, they have hardly more defence than irons. Worth doing imo. Nice guide btw.

Can't say you'd be really efficient at aviansies. Try the moss giants north of ardougne(west of fishing guild), they drop ranarr and snapdragon seeds often and have low defence. I trained my range to 70 there. Once you get into the seventies it gets more fun because you hit a lot better.

This is not true. It cannot freeze them(although it does hit very accurate). And the armadyl godsword is much more accurate, beating the dds. Hitting 35-35 with dds is rare. hitting a 70 with an ags is much less rare.

Unless you discovered a method nobody thought to be real. im saying those were my stats at barrows, when i go i dont use armour jus a staff of air 3 p pots 3 monkfish and 60 blood runes so i was jus sayin u dont need better stats ur goin to pray and u have good armour Yes but this is a Verac barrows guide, which means you'll use verac's armour which requires 70 attack and defence to use. Learn to read. And you'll hit very bad on the barrows brothers with 70 attack. And if you're going to melee the barrows brothers with 70-70-70 that won't be really efficient... [/hide]i kno this is a verac barrows guide... i can read... and 70 70 70 would be fine cuz it can hit through prayer and armour so u might have a few 0's but its still gonna be effecient I have done thousands of barrows runs, hundreds with verac's. I know what I'm talking about. With 70-70-70 you hardly hit with verac's, your combat stats DO matter. You'd need 4, maybe 3 minutes per kill being 7,6 times slower than magic.
