Buy as many fire bolts as you can, purchase some good magic armour(I reccomend full ahrims, infinity boots, ANTI-DRAGONFIRE shield, and a air/fire staff, and most important chaos gauntlets. Go to steel dragons and up your mage :thumbsup: It's better then alchin, fire bolting enables you to browse forums, and to top it off you get some hp xp too

With 91 strenght you hit the following: Obby maul+necklace+black mask=34 Obby maul+necklace+black mask+super str=44 Obby maul+necklace+black mask+super str+piety=55(only once hit that, so might be higher) Obby maul+necklace+super str+piety=49(on players) And if you were wondering, black mask and necklace do stack

Sure, try it and you'll see how much more faster the deaths and minds pile up in your bank. Always use a superset btw. And once you get 90 att and 90 str, just use whip with near maxed out offensive bonusses

It does not lock behind you. The bosses aren't real hard. if you range then from those pillars while having mage/range pray(forgot which one :roll: ) you do not take any damage

You can't just say X is better then Y after only 4 duels. :roll: That's like saying dust devils don't drop chains because someone killed a few hundred of them and didn't get a chain

Obby shield gives +5 str. I'd get a rune defender tbh... But to answer your question, my choice would be the obby shield

Train your melee stats on slayer tasks, while wearing a black mask. It will help to train your slayer, and the mask gives a nice 15% att/str bonus, which will undoubtly speed up training. As for ranging, maybe try the fire giants at the waterfall, accessable after the Waterfall quest. Maging.. hmm.. I just high alch or use the Mage Training Arena for my magic levels. Barrows with slayer dart, or fire bolting monsters such as steel dragons with chaos gauntlets may also be viable options. I am also 45 defence. \ (just had to let you know) Fremmy trials may raise your defence level, depending on how much xp is left until 46. If the quest does get you 46 defence, do not worry. Just keep the 46 defence, and play as though you were a Zerker Pure with a defence advantage. I would also recommend not collecting the xp on the Monkey Madness quest (gives def xp), but do the quest far enough to gain access to the Dragon Scitimar. Also, do the Nature Spirit quest. It will give some defence xp, but it allows you to finish the Recipe for Disaster quest (RFD), and access Barrows Gloves which have some great bonuses. : In short, do not worry if you get 46 or even 47 defence due to some important quests. One combat level will mean nothing long-term, and if you have problems with it when you stats are nearly maxed, then just get 70 defence via quests, etc.. and become a barrows pure (Dharoks). : Good luck, and don't be afraid to ask for advice. you need to return to ape atoll for barrows gloves, and you need to accept the xp for that :-#
