I'd either get ~52 prayer or 80+ ranger, with the best equipment available. (It is possible though, but only if you're really good :| ) What kind of equipment do you have? Use a fury, guthans, ranger boots, archer ring and a trimmed achievement cape(god cloak if you dont have)

If i can stay on ancients for 3 months i am sure you CAN live without high-alch I support though :D
