It helps running to the other side of the room and when a monster at that side attacks you, quickly run to the door, and because 'you are already under attack' you have 1-2 seconds to solve the puzzle

I would use iron arrows with a msb and train slayer. I think it would take 4 days

About the demon, use magic prayer, and farcast with the highest mage spell. Take 5 ppots and some sharks. Because you can't wear magic robes you'll splash alot though

You could also do mage training arena for 5 minutes and buy a mud rune from the shop

First, do the Throne of Miscelania and Royal Trouble quest. Then get 1.4 million in your kingdom, train your rank to 100%(coal mining is the fastest), and put 100% to maples and 50% to flax. 10k maples a week, and the flax gives you back the money if you sell it. Edit: You will also get loads and loads of bird nests, with alot of tree seeds, which sell for big $$ or you can farm if you'd like If you don't understand or need more advice/help, please ask.

1. Yes. Weapon requirement is based on base lvl so you can't pot to wield/wear equipment. 2. Strength? You mean damage? So far god spells damage is only affected by 2 things: the god cape of the respective god spell, and the magic spell charge. Both of these will increase by 5 damage each. Hence for FoZ, wearing zammorak god cape and after casting charge would increase the max hit to 30, 25 without either one of them, 20 without both. Erm...I'think you are wrong on 2. I've never hit higher then 20 with god cape+spell without charge
