Yes, but i fail to see what your problem is. If your point is that singers are: too famous, make too much money, etc., etc., etc. for their "talent level" then i disagree with you totally. If it sounds good then i could care less if the singer had a good voice or not.

Have you tried that game yet? Delete the folder. You'll redownload it next time you play runescape.

If those tools aren't working for you then load windows in safe mode, go into the program files and delete the Norton folder(s). Then type "msconfig"(no quotes) in run(win key + r). Look in the startup and services tabs and disable any listings that say have to do with Norton. Air on the side of caution and do not disable anything saying Microsoft.

I've never seen a "general talking and blogging" forum. I'd highly suggest making a general topic for it to revolve around to help gain members. It doesn't have to be an incredibly specific topic or have very much prominence on the board, but without one I can't see your forum making much headway. Also I'm not looking to put a ton of time or effort into it and I can't guaranty that I wont walk away once I become bored with it, but I could also help a little(as long as it suits me).

If you don't have an antivirus right now then i'd reccomend downloading avira antivirus free it's a free antivirus with a high detection rate and low sys resource usage. Once you get it do a full system scan.

This problem is way to focused(for lack of a better term) for a general tech support [subforum]. If you can't find the answer on google then i think your only chance is to ask it on a dedicated tech support forum. I doubt you'll find an answer here.
