  1. what weapon should i use in dung if i want to train def and keep my strength and attack at 69 & 70 respectively? But truly, what are the thoughts here on new items implimented into the game with the warped floors. Occult brought two items to the game, however, with warped being much higher level member only content do you believe that the chances of new items for everyone diminish. Personally I'm not particularly expecting any new content, but would hapily be pleastly surprised. Also even if I can't personally whitness them I really want to see what awesome bosses and enemies Jagex scrunge from their craniums. :twisted:
  2. By this they meanly mean they can improve fighting graphics animations (particularly magic, prepare for some Dragonball Z techniques). I believe that it would be awesome if we got an update to our defence animations, along with those of the attacking ones. Such as making a magical force field around, or infront of, the player if you're maging while being attacked. And surge spells could even use more than one square - but they were updated recently so that is more unlikely. All the possibilities of the Z-Buffering are so tantilising in the future.

  5. Sonic was talking about reducing the xp for ALL f2p. Jagex has only said that they won't remove the 50% xp reduction for 90+. With what sonic is saying, it will lessen the reliance of skillers. Yes, it was posted before, but I'll repost it because I liked the authors opinion on the matter: Move construction to complexity 4. Limit free to play to complexity 3. Done. This: Removes members doors in f2p Gives all players a -40%(forget actual figure) nerf on exp - replacing the exp cap for 90+. I'd also like the question emilie's (and Jagex's) stance on high free to play hitting harder than the f2p monster level cap. I'll tell you, a team of 5:5 97-119 combat facing celestial forgotton mage's or Primal warrior + Megaleather archer in the same room is not easy.
  6. (Necrobump) Looks like you don't actually have to pass the year mark so I was very surprised to see this when I raided this afternoon.
  7. Maybe Jagex will take another leaf from Nexon and impliment those 'invisible tops' where you get the stats for the armour that you wear but the model doesn't appear on your character. However, if this is implimented I hope it's not how nexon does it - cashshop.

  9. I hate the ability to force the tiles on the RC grid. I really wish the confirm force message was brought back and the damage recieved doubled. I hate people who sit in the five ferret room, especially when they're near a tile and making it impossible to position the ferret onto the tile. I hate people who can't solve the ferret island in less than three throws - there is a reason you only get exp for the first 3 vile fish. I hate people who stop fighting so that they can go mine some frac nearby and leave the rest of the team to the lvl-111 shade. I hate w1 and it's constant server lag. I hate people who insist to craft their 300 rune essence into combat runes when they have the only key or are required in a 5man room - ggs portal + Home tele says hi. I hate rangers who don't light the pillers in the nightgazer boss. I hate people who 'cbf' to buy a toolkit. I hate people who open the door when I unlocked it. I hate jagex for making invisible -50% exp. As someone else said move Construction -> complex4. Make Free to play limit to complex 3.

Plus BOTH Varrock clothes sell leather boots[/hide] Yeah, I ran all the way to al kharid to kill cows and craft them, mined some ore and crafted with the mould at the furnace there. Grabbed the shears in the shead near Fred's and went over to the first floor of lumbridge castle to create the rest of the items. Not as efficient as morningrise would be but it was funny doing it in w1 with me mates. (describing the items being created without stating what they are is hard to write.)

  13. It seems that I can't share your same enthusiasm. I saw the update today and went to try out the game it see if it was any better than I previously remembered. Sadly this was not the case for me, and it's still as horrible as it was ~1 year ago. Was excited that the site updated, however, dissapointed at the result. One thing I did notice however was how full that game was, if only Tomb Racer was that full - that game is awesome. Till the next update I suppose.
  14. The one within the mining guild is like a certain crash within entering. However if I reload the page it normally stays good for ~30 minutes. The nearby reward dungeon in the dwarven mine doesn't crash as often, never has it broken while I was using the bank, but once when I mined an invent of coal it decided to 'white screen of death'.
  15. <---56519 Experience---> They have raised xp by like 900 xp lol, my picture is from first week of dung. As it hasn't been mentioned yet: The amount of rooms within a dungeon is proportional to the amount of experience you get for that floor. For example, the closer you get to 64 rooms then the closer to the maxium experience you and your party will recieve. It is unknown to me (and I believe the wider community) if certain rooms grant more experience than others. Also, congratulations to Sana, along with being one of the few with an untrimmed Dungeonering cape, you must be within the single digits for tip.it, no?
  16. As with the above poster, I don't have funorb mempbership. However, I was looking at some of the (2 at time of posting) videos on Youtube and the gameplay looks nice, albeit that the players that were recording, played pretty badly (due to lack of experience mainly)

Your premise is essentially "The number 1.5 is not the number 2".   19. Loved Butterflies by Ailinn and Troubled Mage by Unholyruler9 . Personally, I believe that Duel Arena by Marikdebie was VERY well done, however the 'flare', or 'wow factor' wasn't there. Also Jelly-Filled Crashed Stars by Tyrutu had me full-on laughing for a good 15 seconds :-D . Glad the gallery is back, postbag soon?
  20. Heh, I thought you were crazy when you said a year had 14 months... Then I remembered the mm/dd system, would be easier to understand in dd Month (1 January). Nice list though, I'm not too suprised at the figures with Str vs Att vs Def. The topic title however is misleading, I clicked in expecting the comparison between total max level and the amount of players that had reached that over several years :wink:

Sorry for the double post, but I don't think editing my last one will get the "new post" folder to light up (and hence it won't get seen for ages) But does anyone have any tips for the Cadavar Caves? For gold you're meant to able to finish it in 2:45 (acording to FOWikia) however I'm having trouble getting below even 4 minutes.
  24. Absolutly love it, took around 20 minutes to get used to the speed, but after that is was great. Shame the free game is short, but I'm not yet ready to jepodise my pure free to play. For those that dislike the controls: Are you using the arrow keys rather than WADS, this seems easier for this game. Then having your left hand on the right side shift and control buttons is more natural, moving over the space when you need to shoot. It's also nice to see an update, however it seems there is only 6 days to get out the sci-fi shooter out :P

I know it's a bit late, but because I'm Australian it's the first I've seen it =P From the recodings i've taken in my solo dungeoneering the actual bonus rooms increase for all rooms unlocked is closer to +12.6%. So 100*1.126 = 112.6, which rounds to 13. And 112.6*0.9 = 101.34 and hence your 101%. To be honest I wish jagex would just give out the forumla for these things and stuff like how base XP is calculated, in other news, oh the joys of F2P...
