First, stop pointing me to blog posts and give me a credible source. I realize that, yes, "some" companies allow naps. However MOST will not allow you to take two naps during a work day. I understand things may be different in whatever line of work you have, but for most people we don't have the luxury of taking naps whenever we damn well please. Even when you don't consider that this sleep cycle probably won't work you it still has so many other negative effects. It means that your life is planned around this sleep cycle. If something unexpected happens, well, you're [bleep]ed. And sorry about the age comment, I honest to god thought you were only 13 or 14. Still not sure what 28 year old doesn't understand what a credible source is though.

You can't just wing a final. Yeah you can, I did/do it all the time. I mean, unless every single question was an essay question and you have no clue about history at all. For someone's favorite subject I find it very hard to believe that you couldn't even take a stab at some questions.

But if you're so damned worked up about "productivity" (with a sleep schedule that, chances are, will not work the way you say it does) than it's no wonder you didn't get it. Or maybe you're just not old enough to get it yet, who knows. Stop spouting off the same crap, you didn't even read what he said. People are not going to just "take a nap" in the middle of the work day. Not only would some professions deem that impossible but pretty much any profession is not going to allow that, especially not two 20-30 minute naps in one day, every day.

I have a pretty cynical (dark, if you want to say that) sense of humor. I consider myself to be happy though.

Really just something to kind of hopefully give me a little bit of creativity for a project I need to do in my graphic design course. Didn't take very long, done with Terragen. I'll probably do a wallpaper sometime in the future.

The video card is a POS (9500 would run RSHD, and older games. But don't expect much else). Rest is fine.

Agreed. Usually I find it's best to just work on another medium completely while learning about these things. I always found that when I switched mediums (like 2D abstracts to 3D landscapes) that I learn a bit more that can relate to the previous thing. Really as an artist you should be trying as many new things as possible. There are so many different styles you can really explore even with just GIMP. Try space art, for example. It'll certainly help take your dependency off of premade brushes and will help you learn a lot of fundemental design theories. Also I should say that now that I have been having more and more classes related to actual design theory (even if it is more of advertisement related, although it still relates) I can find myself trying stuff in a different way now. :)
