So recently I broke down and got a DS. Yeah, my roomate got one and after playing the new zelda for it I broke down. (if anyone is currious I got new super mario bros, Advanced wars: Dual strike and Sonic rush). However I remember reading somewhere (on these forums I am certain) about homebrew. A quick google search gave me some information on Slot 1 and Slot 2 type cards, apparently Slot 1 is in the DS style format while Slot 2 is a GBA card. I tried reading a bit about the differences and all that jazz, but it still left me off a bit confused on what I want. Well I've been thinking of getting one, and I have some questions to those who may be experienced in that matter. - First of all, Slot 1 vs Slot 2. From my research it seemed as if Slot 1 was cheaper, and possibly more efficent, than Slot 2. However slot 2 has some of the best GBA emulators (yay?) but is more costly and tougher to set up. - The actual setup as the card. I believe it is an SD card, correct? In that case any simple card reader should be able to read it right? I have an SD slot so I think it would work, but just want to know. - Are they worth it, and what are the good ones to get exactly? (brand, ect.). I am mostly interested in homebrew projects, and possibly emulators (however I'll spare talk of emulators on here) So right now I'm leaning towards a slot 1 card, but just looking for some of those who have done this. Thanks in advance for any answers. I've tried researching it (as I said) but didn't get much out of it. :P

If I'm not mistaken, 'alien' basically means foreign, in which case any life we find elsewhere in the universe would in fact be alien, bacteria or otherwise. I believe it's possible that there is other life out there. Correct. Anyways I do definitely think that there is life out there, but not in contact with us.

Haven't you guys got over this yet? Who cares. If you don't like Craig and you obviously know hes going to post a news article, don't click on it. Does it affect your life in some major way, by him posting a news article? If its interesting and can cause discussion? Sure, I like that. But it sometimes seems like just any random thing that happens gets posted by him.

Thanks guys. The planet on the left probably is a tad too dark, especially considering the nova that is going on. As far as the smaller one, well, its not really supposed to stand out. Centered text would probably help too. I was debating it or not.

Heh, I thought you say something like that. :P But my problem in WoW is going to be communicating with other players, like in guilds, raids, etc. In runescape I'm usually very quite and prefer playing on my own. But in WoW, do I need to be in guilds and raids to get the good stuff and get the main experience from the game? Becuase that's kinda putting me off. What I am looking forward to doing is just exploring and doing quests (I know they are hundreds of quests!) and maybe just helping out another player in battle. Oh and is there something wrong being in the alliance? Because from what I've heard so far from the WoW community is that Horde is ownage and Alliance is full of noobs, why is that? And Paladins are the noobiest class. Am I going to get hated for just being a Human Paladin when I start WoW? :? WoW has to be the most solo friendly MMO ever.

I can see what it is just fine. If you aren't supposed to make out what you used its kind of pointless -- why not just show what the original (and copyrighted, I may add) image is? Anyways most (good) images of that style I see allow you to clearly see what it is made out of. I've seen some brilliant pieces done that way, sadly this isn't one of them.

*Giggles at Matt giggling* oh dear god its contagious... *giggle On a more serious note I agree with goddess, its all about better parenting. However (to be fair) sometimes the kid is just messed up in the head , and all the parenting in the world can't fix it.

Its not good. Sure, it probably took a bit but it looks like a crap version of the original. I could hardly make out the pictures you used to make it as well and most were the same.

So in other words you didn't read anything we all wrote, correct?
