Web Interface
It depends what your overall goal is. I'll break it down a bit. For programs you're really looking at a few good ones to code in which are: Dreamweaver is the most common one although I will say that a lot of people don't end up using a lot of features in it. There are some cool things in it but for just making a random webpage you'd probably just end up being in the code window 95% of the time. The nice thing is dreamweaver has a sort of 'autofill' like tool that makes coding a little faster. Notepad++ is your best choice if you don't want to pay/torrent anything. It has color coded code and some other really useful features. Notepad is good if you just want to be classic, haha. As far as code goes you have several directions you can go in and all of them are used differently. HTML is going to be the base of pretty much everything you do. It's where all the pieces come together and it is that main step between code and your browser. If you're looking to do web design learning HTML is a must. CSS is HTML's sidekick, in a way. Both of them are generally used in conjunction with each other. While you can create a site in just HTML (and you can create a "functional" one as well) the idea of CSS is that it lets you put a sort of "overview parameters" for all of the HTML files you link it in. In CSS you can set the default font, font size, background and you also can set the sizes for things called DIV's (imagine them like making a table but much cleaner on the code and easier to use). CSS is probably mandatory as well for your projects. Javascript is really useful when you want things like animated widgets or some of the cool effects you see on the web. For example on my old site I had a javascript "dock" kind of thing for my thumbnails. Another example of javascript would be lightbox. As far as it goes unless you plan on writing your own javascript programs you really only need to know enough of it to both implement it into a site or make changes to it. PHP is one you may want to know as well if you ever plan on doing some sort of blog. Generally to get your site onto a CMS (joomla, wordpress, ect.) you need to code the "template" in PHP. (I know for a fact wordpress works this way, I'm not 100% positive it is the same for other CMS). PHP is something you'll want to learn as well for this reason. So really just start with dreamweaver/notepad++ and learn yourself HTML and CSS to start with.

Web Interface
I have Dreamweaver and hoping to learn to use it but I don't really see the point because I don't have a website or know how to get one. D: Though I know that you can preview the design in html after I code it and travel through the links as if it were a working site. Other comment: I will take a while to load if I code it using high quality pics but when I go to optimize the images in PS I can lower the quality enough so it will be fast. Dreamweaver preview is pretty crappy, you can just open up the HTML file in firefox or something. The resolution feels weird on it but you said you can easily make it larger? It's hard to see how it'd work well at a small size and without any dummy text or something.

E3 2010
They only said the surprise will not be Ep3. Correct, but do you think they will skip Ep3 to start HL3? A new engine looks way more likely to me. I do think they will. I also am putting my bets on a new source engine (maybe portal 2 is developed in it and it is part of the portal 'surprise').

The official World of Warcraft thread.
IIRC just make a battle.net account and link the WoW account to it.

Monster Hunter
Sure it does, this is the full monster hunter thread, it covers all MH  Nadril, MH is pretty much an MMO with *much* less grind and more Boss battles, being the most unique Jhen Mohran, fought in a Desert ship. Progression is not based on levels but on Armour, there is a HUGE leap if you go online, specially in elite quests when each hit takes a bucket load of health. So if you like MMO's, you will most likely like this game. If you like boss battles and you dislike grinding, you may or may not like. It is a slow starter though. The entire point of an MMO for me is the PvP, I don't care about killing virtual monsters.

Does society tame or corrupt the human being?
Difficult question in all honesty. I'm inclined on saying that society tames the human but it's one of those "chicken or the egg" type deals. After all society isn't some sort of mystical force and it its self is created by human beings. I do think that human beings created this idea of society (that is, more than one person working together) as a means to survive. Under society I would like to say that, yeah, it does tame the human being because it is in their best interest not to do anything rash due to punishment but back in the day due to it being in their best interest not to hurt those that can help themselves. However I also think that humans just aren't natural born killers and that is something that society can "breed" as well. [cabbage] man, I'd go as far as to say that it can do both and it all depends on what time period you are in or what environment you are raised in. The idea of society is that it definitely has an impact on humans and it is really difficult to say for a fact what it does 100% of the time. Honestly I don't think there is an easy, clear answer. This pretty much is what I'm trying to say, haha. There are just too many factors to say what society does.
