Lol'ing at how you judge games by their graphics. Lol'ing at how you judge people by their judgements. So anyone get Mortal Kombat? I've read only the Gamespot review and it totally looks like the money from what the comments say. Mortal Kombat is [bleep]ing awesome. They really went all out on it. I haven't even played online yet (partly due to PSN being [bleep]ed atm) but mostly because I'm still playing the story mode. It's actually a really long and interesting story, unlike most fighting games. Even if you don't play it for the competition online it still has a lot to do.

Resurrecting this a bit. I moved everything to wordpress now and am just about done. I need to find a way for the sidebar widgets to scale to resolution though... they are really messing with me right now. Do you guys feel the blog layout is fine? I didn't want anything too different, and it should look a bit better once I get some better widgets.

It reminds me of a more expensive VMU that the dreamcast had. The VMU was actually pretty baller, couldn't imagine a big touch screen though on a controller. Seems way too bulky.

So is this a 2D or 3D sonic? Or both?

Ok I guess I'm out of the loop, what's this "project cafe" [cabbage]? I've heard rumors of a new Wii this year but I hear rumors of it every year. I highly doubt that Nintendo is going to go that balls crazy with a new console. I don't think their primary market really cares about how their games look. Who knows, maybe its true. I just think it would be a bit odd of Nintendo to do something like that. Even if they have a really powerful system though I'm not sure I can see them getting a lot of good third party support. Nintendo, traditionally, has never had great third party games.

I doubt we'll hear new console plans. Maybe from Nintendo but I couldn't see Sony and Microsoft talking about them after pushing this Move and Kinect thing so hard. Honestly I think the biggest thing I'm looking forward to is what I don't know yet. It's always exciting to see new stuff announced on the live stream.

I'd recommend you at least do Opposing force. You'd be missing in on some important story other wise. I'd take your advice, but unfortunately I don't have a way to buy it atm. Oh well, I guess that's what HL Wiki is for... Ah, bummer. It really is a great expansion pack. Some really awesome stuff about Gman in it if you pay attention.

Really? I don't think the ban is justified. I probably made my thoughts clear in the other thread we had about this. Saying it is a 'security issue' is just a way to mask the real reasons for banning something like that. Out of curiosity, is it illegal to wear a ski-mask in france? What about a helmet that obscures your face? I probably already know the answer to this but just think about it for a moment.

Been working on getting this code finished for the blog part of my site but also transfering all of the current stuff to wordpress. It's kind of odd and I'm sure I'm not doing it completely right. Oh well, right now I just want to get it looking right, I can worry about being able to update easily later.

Got so many group projects to do. Worked on the second paper for one of my business classes today, also did the photography paper I needed to do. Tomorrow I need to finish my part for my English group project. I have a group project for Marketing management (have to critique and give a presentation) that I will need to do. I have another buisness research paper as well (also group project). On top of all of this I need to finish the coding on my portfolio because I need to present in something like 3 weeks. A stupid amount of stuff just piled onto the end of this semester for me lol. Oh well, last one I'll ever have to take!

Hey guys this is just a warning not to go to Explosm for right now. My roomate went on to check cyanide and happiness today and his machine is pretty messed up. Haven't really figured out what exactly it was, but I would exercise caution. Not sure if it is just a 'coincidence' either but I trust him on it.

I do think that the amount of people who "cheat" or "bot" in MMOs is a testament to how boring leveling in them can be. Not to say it's justifiable at all but I know why people do it. I have used a bot once before, in Aion. It was a free bot (trust me I wouldn't pay for that [cabbage]). The reason why I did it was I got bored of the game around 42-43 and botted my way to 50 so I could sell the account. And hey, NCSoft did jack [cabbage] about it. So yeah I do kind of understand. Like I said I've never actually played something I botted or "cheated" in because if I don't have fun leveling I don't want to play the game. For those people who would rather just play the real game (like it is most of the time)? Whatever. I honestly don't really care. I've played games where botting was almost acceptable (Lineage II) and it really was just how the game worked. Without bots the game's economy actually would have been [bleep]ed due to a ridiculously low drop rate for items.

Yeah for the second I think a better depth of field would have made it a lot better.

I would like to smoke weed if or when it is legalized. (don't really feel the risk of getting caught is worth it). As far as drinking goes I drink a little bit on the weekends, usually a few beers. I've gotten pretty drunk before and as you'd expect have never enjoyed the day after it. So yeah I'm not really apposed to any sort of drug use (well, I draw the line at a lot of really hard drugs such as meth/heroin) even though I don't do it myself.
