I like the Hunstman a lot more than the sniper rifle. Easier to run'n'gun, sort of, and you don't have to be nearly as precise. I'll usually fire somewhat blindly around a corner and >50% of the time I'll get at least a hit. Many headshots that way. I took a screenshot of that weird fire arrow kill. Doesn't look like a headshot. My only guess is someone died as a result of the fire, not the arrow. [hide=][/hide]

[bleep] nukes, man. EMP, that's the doomsday device. So much more dangerous. Sure, a nuclear weapon can annihilate everything in an area, but an EMP will wipe every electronic device in an area. Sounds like comparing a giant to an ant, except that ant has psychic mind [bleep] powers that won't kill you, but will render you completely helpless. A few EMPs over Wallstreet, bam! no economy. All records that haven't been backed up on paper, erased permanently. Over DC? Infrastructure is gone. Cars, planes, tanks, everything running on electric power will be rendered useless. Rioting would more than likely occur with no way to spread information about what the hell is going on. No defences active. And because they don't destroy anything physically, a belligerent nation would be more likely to use EMPs than nukes. And there's no retaliation; all your launch sequences, missile data, targetting info, etc. is gone. I guess someone being EMP bombed would launch theirs early if they were being attacked like they would with nukes, so that might not be a big issue, but an EMP iss till more dangerous than a nuclear weapon. The attacked nation would pretty much tear itself apart, allowing the attacker to invade very easily with minimal losses and actually take over the land instead of making a big radiation dump.

Dead Ringer+knife taunt=awesome. Stand outside the enemy spawn at startup, equip ringer, taunt as gate opens. They never see it coming. I did it on Egypt, and when the heavy in front of my corpse suddenly died everyone was like, "Holy crap!" All talk was on, and I heard one guy say, "ok guys, there's a spy with a ringer". He kept it up everytime I died, even when I had the cloak and dagger. So I had them on their toes the whole time, even when I didn't have them. It was the first time anyone on that server had seen that in action. :thumbsup:

What about a barbed wire-topped perimeter? Even if the wire won't kill the zombies, it may still render them immobile either permanently or even just temporarily, giving you time to crush their heads beneath the weight of your frying pan. Or it'll rip a limb or two off as they come and make them less of a threat.

2fort is the closest thing to a TF2 deathmatch. Even closer than arena, because arena ends after a point. I used to play it all the time on the 360, and more games would eventually finish than stalemate, but it usually took a bunch of spies going in and sapping campers. Much worse on PC it seems, and I only played it recently to find a place with some actual water to get the "Plan B" achievement. Alright with the 8-player-per-team limit on the Xbox. Not so great with what was the entire game on a single team.

The "Nothing is Scarier" trope on TV tropes has a piece on House of Leaves. They color house and everything, and reading it I got a [bleep]ing flashback of reading the book and just about pissed myself. They're right, though. Nothing is the scariest thing.

That's not what happened, though. I know I shot the guy. Maybe it was a flaming headshot? Best game of Hydro ever. My team was beaten all the way to the final cap point, but we survived that round and ended up pushing Red all the way to theirs and winning the match. It was the second most epic comeback I've been a part of. The first being stopping and pushing back the payload from practically 1 foot away from the end of Badwater and winning.
