I have this too. I notice distinctive sluggish responses, and my character will sometimes walk 5 steps at a time. This wasn't happening a week ago, so why is it?

Yay. Add other spinning locations? I believe Neitiznot is best in game, though i haven't tried Lletya, which is best picking place. However both those require quests, so for higher lvls.
