Joe Perrry Guitar Battle? Seriously? That's the only one I haven't 5 starred yet. I don't play it much because it absolutely sucks. Sounds awful. I had 3 more outro chokes on 3s & 7s . . . I can hit that solo every time except when I'm trying to FC the song >_>

Twilight.
This is why I don't post on this topic any more. The intelligent discussion is over. The rabid anti-fans have filled the void and destroy the credibility of those who actually had something thought-out and relevant to say. Whatever both sides have to say on the subject has already been said. Any more at this point is either reiterating an old point or mindless bashing. Well, I guess you can still use this topic to talk about the upcoming movies that they'll be pumping out before the hype dies . . . Just please no one go about inanely hating on the series. I despise the books too and I'd rather not be associated with vicious rabidness.

Was going for an FC of 3s & 7s and choked in the outro solo after finally hitting that damn swing part. FML.

After about an hour and a half of practice I got up to a 100-note streak on TTFAF intro. Using the non-fretting hand to hold the green. It was really frustrating for the first hour, while my fingers tried to get accustomed enough to the pattern to actually move fast enough to hit the notes on full speed after easily FCing it on Slow. Now with a bit more practice I can FC it easily.

Or Lostpedia. Or wonder why there is a rerun at all when they're supposed to be uninterrupted.

Is my History teacher insane?
How can he be a 'stereotypical 1950's anti-commie guy' if he wasn't, you know, alive then.

I really recommend learning to tap. It really isn't that hard if you start to learn once your good, and it has so many benefits. I tried learning to tap the TTFAF intro, just couldn't ever find a good way to do it so I stuck with one-handed. I'll be able to combo it soon, just need to work on hitting the reds. I can sort of tap You Rock! (as in knowing how but not always succeeding.) The slider notes on WT have helped me a lot with tapping since I don't have to flail my elbow like a chicken wing from missing notes when I first try to learn a section. Demolition Man is a good one for it. CoD is still the only thing I can tap consistently

The intro to TTFAF is easy for me now . . . I do it one-handed. Can't keep a combo but I can pass it every time. If I fail it's on the solos. I hear people all the time going "Well I could beat TTFAF if I could just do the intro." Uh. Right. Solos? They're not exactly cake.

THE G.A.H. ENIGMA. SUCCESSFUL PROJECT =]
"15 of us" is not a complete sentence. Fifteen should also be written out in word form when it begins the sentence; never start a sentence with a numerical figure.

Tip.It Times: 8 Mar 2009 - The Jagex Tease
Editorials are by definition the representation of the point of view of the writer. It is assumed that all statements that are not facts and are not cited as otherwise are the opinions of the writer. Therefore it is redundant and in bad style to use words and phrases to restate that it is an opinion. An argumentative essay presents evidence and explains how that evidence supports the writer's point of view. Editorials are, in essence, argumentative essays. Editorial columnists are under no obligation to represent the other side of the argument, because they are presenting their own. Including both sides of the argument removes the argument aspect and turns the article into a report, not an editorial. As the Times is now, it needs to change nothing in order to present "better editorials," because what everyone seems to be clamoring for is a change from the editorial format completely and to an objective stance. I really don't understand why you want this; what it seems to boil down to is the fact that people just don't like what the writer has to say. Well, that's an editorial for you. You can agree fully, halfway, not at all or anywhere in between. Just because you don't agree with a Times article does not stamp it with the label "SUCKS." They are doing nothing wrong in the composition area. If you want to see multiple viewpoints from the Times staff, I'm sure we can easily find people who disagree. One can then write an essay arguing for his/her point of view, the other can then rebut with his/hers. Again, it is not the obligation of the person writing an editorial to represent the other side at all, much less equally.

HEROES SPOILER!!
Just watched the episode earlier today. I really have nothing to say. Except to mirror Shadow in saying that the bomb anticlimax made Mohinder's capture look epic.

Help With A Really Strict Parent
I revise my position. You're being screwed out of life. Rectify this immediately. Six PM curfew must be the first thing to go. Freshman in high school would put him at 14/15. Unless he skipped a grade or something.

A challenge
It's very . . . flat. Your environments are always good - especially clouds, that stuff is breathtaking - but the things in them just seem out of place. The person here especially; his anatomy needs work, particularly the shoulders, and his grip on the ball is whacked. With his hand at that angle there should be very little ball visible to the left of it. Overall he just looks displaced. It's hard to pick out exactly why . . . maybe because you can't see his feet.

Help With A Really Strict Parent
Are you the oldest child? If so then your parents are just as new to this high school thing as you are. They may be trying to head off anything 'bad' because they've heard horror stories about what kids get up to these days. If you're not, well, either way it's a bit over-protective (6:00 curfew is lame) but it'll get better. Your grades aren't going to remain straight A's, and they'll figure that out eventually and let you live a little.

First you want to pin your ears back, now you want to change your name to something "epic." You can't just live with what you have?

that has no vocals, fat chance it'll be on. Satch Boogie abd Anything have no vocals. Well, one can hope. hah, listen to a full band run of SB, theres vocals alright :D. ... It's just crowd-pleasing stuff, you can't fail and no points are earned. I should know, I got like 220k on it with two of my brother's friends on medium bass and vocals -.- Although now that I think of it there are some weird vocals on the CD version of Anything. I haven't heard them on the GH version, but maybe that's just because I hear the guitar almost exclusively.
