Freshmen, how has your school been so far?
Fraternities are optional, and you can be beaten with a paddle anywhere  I start up tomorrow. Have to change my classes, they switched me from track to golf for no reason.

Christians: Why do you go to mass?
Mass is usually Catholic, but we'll skip over that... First of all, your ideas of why you are agnostic are, well, not agnosticism. Jesus Christ is a proven historical figure. I could find my Bible and hold it. I think you mean you don't accept Jesus as your savior, nor the Bible as God's Word. I just hate when people act like Jesus was something people made up. I do like your story, very much. It's good to see people experiencing this, even if they aren't exactly religious. Anyways, I rarely go to church. Often it's simply to experience it, or I'm going with someone, or the day's sermon/pastor sound interesting. I prefer worshiping on my own.

Russia threatens U.S. and Poland with Nuclear Attack.
yes. Yeah, our Western missile defenses are very strong. Do you think America would respond and help immediately or like in WW2, have a long period of isolation? You're forgetting that we had a smart president in world war 2. If world war 3 broke out, president mc[wagon] would be the first to hit the deploy troops button. You're forgetting the hundreds of alliances we have with Europe and Asia. Of course we'd deploy. It's a bit of a have to thing.

The Offical TIF American Elections thread
Half of the people in this thread obviously don't know [cabbage] about either of their policies. But, to sum up, McCain is well-experienced, particularly on security and foreign policy. I'm also fairly certain he'd choose a VP good with economics and more domestic things. Obama, on the other hand, is much the opposite. He's a good people person as well. He'd have a better shot at helping out the economy without a vice president. But if Russia make an aggressor move, we'd have to hope his VP is good. I figure Obama will win. Of course, it won't matter for too many years; most Democrats and Republicans are quite similar in policies and such these days.

Black History Month Alternatives
But they aren't. It isn't the 60's. People are treated equally enough that we don't need any sort of history month.

World War 3 where will you be
They weren't even 20 years apart  And Omali, you do realize that the primarily Democratic Congress would have to pass the bill of war? Good luck with that.

I flipped a very many-sided coin, and ended up with the Boston Tea Party. Woot.

Subconcsious: Actions of Attraction.
So true, there. I used to think checking someone out was something you don't want to be caught at, but it can lead to some interesting situations.

Russia threatens U.S. and Poland with Nuclear Attack.
That may be true, but who would be left after they used the nukes on us first to arm them :uhh: They have a ton more nukes than us remember. Plus, even if we did us nukes, their country is so big, I don't think it'd do much, they'd just move somewhere else... Siberia. More than half of Russia. Arctic Circle. Really hard just to plop up and move away from their civilian centers. And I think it could protect Europe from Iranian missiles as well. Plus, is Russia just mad they wouldn't be able to hit our east coast? Why not just shoot around...? That way the missiles travel back in time, too.

I sincerely doubt that. That's because you spend money on different things than us. More along the lines of my entire school clothing budget from my parents is a hundred dollars.

...? I don't understand what you mean, Silver. What do facts from 1973 have anything to do with it? I wasn't trying to start a debate on rape, I was just saying that rape wasn't passed off as something that people wouldn't get worked up over in the early days of the country.

Russia threatens U.S. and Poland with Nuclear Attack.
Yeah, damn NATO means we'll have to declare war if Europe gets screwed over. Same with Canada and Australia I believe. So lol at you.

Subconcsious: Actions of Attraction.
Ask your friends. That's some of the best advice I can give you - particularly if they're women. They'll notice anything a lot better than you. Other than that, I think it was Shin that gave some good advice. Girls will often sit up straight, with their chests out, cross their legs, some play with their hair, and all that.

Russia threatens U.S. and Poland with Nuclear Attack.
Man, I hate what war is turning to. A button push - or threat of one - leads to possible millions of deaths. Terrible. And I pray they don't try to take over Europe, even if they don't use nuclear weapons we're screwed. We'd have to help. :?

Actually, in many places, particularly the West, rape was a crime worse than stealing a horse. That's why prostitutes kept pistols loaded and hidden, but where they could reach them in case of an emergency. And if someone raped a bachelorette, someone's daughter, or someone's wife? They were in deep [cabbage].

You read his post so incorrectly, kranked. However, he does have a bit of an ego. But any straight man who knows [cabbage] about fashion probably does. It's a lost art.

Racism speculation
If Woodcut lives in America, what he says is true. In most of the country people make big deals of everything, including slavery.

Stop buying from Aeropostale. Go to places like H&M mens or American Apparel. You're going to find a lot more higher quality shorts and linen shorts for a cheaper price than Aeropostale. They also fit better and don't scream, "Pretentious frat boy." Yeah, Levis are becoming rarer and rarer. They don't stock the 511s anymore. Its hard to find. I've never even heard of those stores >_< I really prefer places like Kohl's, but they're getting expensive. Plus their store is a couple miles out of town.

Subconcsious: Actions of Attraction.
The same can be said about the exact opposite. I know quite a few people who avoid eye contact with those that they like. Exactly. Again it comes up for me this respect of personal space thing for me because I live in Finland. If you pass someone on the street, you do not look them in the eye unless you know them. In America it seems to be that you look them in the eye no matter what. So I have kind of lost the ability to judge how much eye contact is normal with anyone, with girls I just go for minimal. Huh, really? Here in the South everyone makes eye contact and will often ask how your day is, but everywhere else I've been people avoid eye contact completely.

I buy Aeropostale's shorts because tey're the only ones that don't throw their name in massive letters everywhere. >_< Relatively cheap, too. I still prefer Levi's, but they're getting so hard to find.
