Erm... it wasn't me who brought it up. I meant having immigrants in England. Sorry 'bout not being clearer.
  2. Oh yeah, and I've thought of taking babies and throwing them. For funsies. Probably just me projecting my fear of dropping a baby into the open, though.
  3. I say the ending should have been something like this: [hide=Ending. Spoilers.]Centaurs swarm the school, killing everyone. Dumbledore comes back and reveals he's a transvestite. And then marries Voldemort. And they have snake children. And then unicorns impale the children. And Voldemort and Dumbledore combine to destroy Delaware, striking a vicious blow at America. Oh, wait. It's Delaware.[/hide]

Mmm, you bringing up immigrants really has no value, Ginger. Some of the largest drug-smuggling rings exist between the U.S. and Central and South America, probably a good bit from the Caribbean as well. Hence, much more crime. And, I'm sure you know this, most of the drug smugglers are illegal immigrants who can always slip back across the border.
  5. In my eyes, the only thing Japan's useful for is "WTF" moments. In music, movies, and television.
  6. It's so predictable and cliche. Played right into the hands of what everybody expected, she seemed to decide to go for the money rather than the creativity and originality she made in the earlier books. Of course, she could have done something crazy, nobody would have known. They'da just bought it because of the series.
  7. Champagne Supernova - Oasis. Oh, wait, it's over. Now I'm listening to Alright for Now - Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
  8. I wouldn't call it a feeling, more a flavor. But I've only even chewed tobacco twice. Once was because I thought it was roast beef (when I was younger) and once when I wanted to see the feeling. Can't do it for long, though, your jaw will start to hurt like hell. Snuff's a bit easier for me.
  9. Oh yeah, snuff, chewing tobacco, and Jack and Coke on occasion.
  10. You're presuming the scare tactics actually work. In my experience with the people I've grown up with, they sure as hell don't. It worked for me and my friends, anyhow. But that's probably because its true in our cases. And mage, that second link you posted showed a high school with an awesome name. El Camino...Hehe.
  11. Well, I definitely believe in scare tactics being used with unprotected sex. Of course, my view is probably biased by the fact that my town has one of the highest rates of STDs in the nation. I ain't getting the clam.
  12. Hoho, I see what you did there. As other people have said, I prefer well-hunted meat to anything from a store. But, hey, as we've gotten more "civilized" you just can't feed a city from hunting alone, just as you couldn't feed a city from gathering berries and the such.
  13. Well, yeah. Dan Simmon's Cantos series as well as Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials series are my all-time favorites.
  14. Fliting with Time - Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Ah, love Tom Petty :
  15. Am I the only person who's thought being swirlied would be fun? I keep snorkles on me at all time, though, so that might be a factor. Yes, plural. Someone may want to share in the fun.
  16. People underestimate how much a steel-toed boot to the shin hurts.
  17. YOU WANTED TO MAKE HER SING "Ice, Ice Baby" WITH YOU?!?! You sick, twisted little man.
  18. Oh yeah, I still have a project to do. And I have to find out what the hell I need for golf. I'll probably be the guy walking in with three clubs, one two feet too long, the rest making me almost sit when I use them.

That post made me chuckle, shadow. (In a good way) EDIT: Huh, never noticed mage's post. But scoot's right, that's a horridly ignorant view. I'd try to avoid the name-calling and how personal it got, but he is right.

Good advice right there. Also, there are numbing gels available to buy (I have no clue where to buy them) that might be a good idea if you can't handle much pain. Remember never to get drunk before you go in for a tattoo though. Alcohol thins the blood and the process goes quicker with less bleeding ;) They don't have to spend as much time wiping the area clean What kind of pain medication would you guys suggest? I can take pain, just don't like it.
  21. I don't know what this is, but the music lineups look amazing.
  22. I can understand using scare tactics for a lot these days. But not everything, particularly not sex and alcohol and such. It'll just make us get into it earlier and more - I know. My family is very open with things like drugs and alcohol and cigarettes, so I'm actually able to make my own choices. It actually helped me, smoking was nasty in my eyes, so I probably won't even try it again, I've always disliked the average beer, and marijuana just doesn't do much for me. I do have to say I don't mind snuff or chewing tobacco. Just don't do it much, it'd be an expensive habit. There've been some scare tactics used at my schools. But in elementary school, where I'd think they'd be heaviest, the school was too poor to afford any actual programs. :twss:
  23. My parents gave me a computer and internet access. That was our "talk". And they told me to wrap up my tool. If I come back with herpes, I don't get to eat turkey at Thanksgiving.
  24. Ape Atoll after 75, always. You're stuck with barbarian until 52, unless you don't mind using a summer pie at 47 and failing a good bit at the wilderness course.
  25. Pretty neat. I hate your barrows drop rate. All those runs were probably half the length of my current dry run. :? Meh, I have had good enough luck at barrows. How about a trout/bonfire.
