I can't log onto rs, it says 'Unable to connect. Login server offline.' I am connected to the internet, I can go on youtube and other webistes too. I've even tried disconnecting my internet and reconnecting it, but that hasn't worked either. Please help me?

Atk: 40, no higher because if you ever get member and want 60 attack for d scim, the quest will bring you over 60. Str: 99 lol Def: 1 unless your going members. range: Get at least 40 for F2P, for defensive bonuses, and if your going P2P, I suggest getting 50-60 for defense or to pk with range or something. and don't bring a shield if your doing scim/2h KO. Then, when you go to KO with your 2h, you might have a full load of lobs, and it wastes 1 inv for a lob.

My friend no-lifed for a month of membership and he got 70+ fletch, 40 slayer, 40 herblore, 55 thieving, 35 con, 40 agility, 35 farming and 30 hunter. So, its possible, but you might have to no-life :\

Not men.. Minotaurs in the stronghold of security, the level 27 ones, or the level 10s, its your choice. There on the first floor, more in the back. They also drop iron arrows so its easy to train range there because you don't use many arrows. I got from 30-45 with 200 iron arrows.

I don't think there will be new ones. It would be really fun to try and collect all the newspapers though.. Maybe when they make a new one, the older one becomes untradeable, so you can try to collect them all. That'd be cool. :D
