I real hate them I'm trying ot get my 99 smithing I get one every 5 minutes it's stupid i nvr see bots getting any i alched over 500 yew longs in w 131 and i got liek 7 randoms and the macros got none! NONE! Well these randoms get em gems but i don't care compared to the 50 randoms a day thats almost 1 hour wasted of smithing time i need the time time is Xp and xp is fast lvling randoms are junk total junk! I don't care all they do is bother me! They aren't doing anything to macros they just run after 1/2 hp left and i see macros do Prisoner pete randoms it's stupid!

I do flax also because it's quick and fast and at lvl 70 and below there is no realy large XP difference so Flax is good.

I personally use black because it won't break anything over steel won't break. Well it toke me about 3k tokens to get 3 runes but it was 2k from bronze to rune but i was also wearing a wealth.. But some say wealths don't help but i wear it everywhere even while skilling. Good luck Best wishes on those kool defenders

You can always alch/mage arena training for points and get a master wand or something. Those are the usual ways

Gratz! i remember 70 mining myself pretty sweet! Well y no cash in bank? I suggest wearing rares/untradable light weight items while mining lets u run faster.
