Just go to Runescape then go to read more on barbarian training and click archives and go to game updates thats all of the major armour/item updates.

Good luck with heros it's quite an easy quest but it is very long and requires alot of walking and teleing around and that partner thing is whacky

I'd say Dragon scimatar because it's easy to hit with But the D B axe has a great special! Quests: Scimmy: Monkey mandes hard quest very long Battleaxe: Heros quest a moderate quest not too long but you need a person from the oppsitie gang from Shield of Arrav

Just go to a chicken place ppl usually don't pick up in F2p but i buy for 5gp ea from ppl on forums so w/e works

As you go on you can hit harder so i'll say you'll get very close if not get it.
