I loved exploring. I had no idea what these things called law runes were, there was no home teleport, and I spent months just exploring the world. I remember getting a friend to take me to the Gnome Stronghold, but he had to logout, and I had to find my way back. I was so happy when I found civilisation, Ardougne, it took my 30 minutes to reach there :D Good times

Also, check your hosts file. Go to Windows Explorer, and navigate to "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC". Double click to open the "hosts" file. When it prompts you to ask what you want to open it with, choose "Notepad". Then either copy and paste the contents into your post, or into a PM and send it to me if you feel uncomfortable showing it in public.

I have mine in Yanille. It's simple for training construction and prayer as the bank is nearby, and it is one of my most frequently accessed areas. Do do have the watchtower teleport unlocked, but I just use House Teleport out of habbit. It's the easiest place to train construction and prayer.

Ok, thanks for the PM. What I recommend you doing is running a full virus scan as soon as possible and see what comes up. This would be the best way to firstly remove the problem, we can deal with the redirects later. Once you have the results of the scan, post back here.

I believe that to be a scamsite, perhaps you have some malware on your computer. Could you please PM me a picture of your whole browser window (including your address bar) while you are on that page (just to make 100% sure)? I would also suggest you run a full virus scan as soon as possible, it looks like some malware has changed your hosts file to redirect runescape.com to a spoof site.

I fail to see how Distractions and Diversions are aimed at "pre-teens". It's free experience, everybody loves experience, they give you access to a really nice looking outfit, and make the game that little bit more interesting. If you don't like the new HD graphics, play in SD. I understand that they are not exactly the same as they were a few years ago, but as games evolve, it is natural that graphics get better. It's like buying a new Call Of Duty game for an Xbox360, but hating it because it has better graphics than the PlayStation One version. HD pleased many more people than it "alienated". The Jagex Cup, basically since the start of the game people have been begging Jagex to get more in touch with the clan community. With new games like Clan Wars, a clan option in newer games like Stealing Creation, Clan Chat and now a special cup aimed at clans, it's definitely an improvement. I agree, it's far from perfect, but if you don't want to participate in these new events, you don't have to. To your last point, how would you have tackled the RWT problem without impacting on normal players? There was no viable option, sacrifices had to be made or we wouldn't be playing the game today.
