Rang3/ 2H Pure P2P Suggestion Needed
Why you should get a Robin: 1. You're a Ranger. 2. You want something expensive. 3. It looks good. 4. It's the best in the game. Anything else?

Rang3/ 2H Pure P2P Suggestion Needed
You're a member and have never seen a Robin Hood Hat? It's both the best-looking and best-stat Ranged helmet in the game.

More attack in f2p?
Monsters...and there are no high-lvled ones on F2P  Then why did the OP reply to "You won't hit on 70 Defense with 50 Attack."? If he is just tanking Cows in Lumbridge, you don't need to hit through 70 Defense. NEWS FLASH: Monsters in RuneScape do not have armor. Why would you want 99 Defense in F2P??? No cape, no high monsters, no way to tell you have 99 Defense. Is this a personal goal of the soul or something? Unless you're P2P, where 99 Defense has numerous advantages. Can you please restate the purpose of this thread, please, please? Thanks.

~ Leveling Advice Needed ~
Lobsters are maybe the slowest fishing experience there is. Fly fishing is faster. Why? Because in the time it would take to catch one lobster, fly fishing would catch 5 salmon/trout. Literally. Lobsters are good for cash, but I just need levels. Thanks for help.

More attack in f2p?
WTF? Is this thread about pk-ing or fighting high-leveled monsters???

best place to train for 70 str
Moss Giants in Varrock Sewers. Your other combat stats may be helpful for those who will reply.

I'm going to start playing.
I quit WoW because it started getting repetitive.. and pretty boring. Thanks to who posted advice :D If you think WoW is repetitive, then RuneScape is... Anyway, when I was a low level, I used to train combat on Cows near Lumbridge while collecting cowhides. I got to around 20 in most combat stats and sold the cowhides I had collected for decent cash to start off my RS life. Best of luck to you.

Logs for fire making.
If you already have 99 Woodcutting, just buy Willows from the General store and burn them. Doesn't this method still exist?

73/82/94 mage + mage staking
OK, then just get 87 Magic. Try staking. If it works, keep doing it. If it doesn't, who cares??? You still have 87 levels of useful, wonderful Magic.

~ Leveling Advice Needed ~
I was worried about this as well in the past, but the xp is too good for me to pass up. Just simply buy a Dorgeshuun Bow and 5k Bone Bolts at a time. This way even if the bow is nerfed you will only lose a maximum of 20k on the bolts at a time (+2k for the bow). However, if the price is raised then it is something you will have to deal with. If the price is raised, switching to bronze knives would be an ok substitute. This price on them is low, and the xp is fast. I suggest going with a Dorgeshuun Bow for now and using it to it's limits just in case it becomes nerfed. Thanks a lot, purepure4774. I'll buy 20k bolts and the bow as soon as possible and pray that Jagex will keep it the way it is.

high alching/anceinting question
20 million GP spent on High Alchemy can get you to 97 Magic. 20 million GP spent on Ice Burst and Blood Burst can get you to 92 Magic and over 2,000,000 Hitpoints experience.

73/82/94 mage + mage staking
A pure account, on the other hand, can make you billions. 88 Magic 88 Ranged 60 Attack 73 Strength 1 Defense 85 Hitpoints 11 Prayer (Priest in Peril) 65 Combat Ice Blitz / Dark Bow / DDS Spec hybrid is by far the god of pures.

More attack in f2p?
Jesus, phata_elise, how the hell do you have 84 Hitpoints?!?! That's GODLY.

73/82/94 mage + mage staking
OK, so basically, get 87 Magic. When fighting a Ranger/Warrior, use Ice Blitz and Blood Blitz. When fighting a Mage higher than 80 Magic, use Charge and Flames of Zamorak and pray for the first hit. I still think you won't win much since you're high combat and relatively low Magic. OFF-TOPIC: After learning all this, it seems as if Flames of Zamorak is EXTREMELY overpowered in terms of PvP. Someone with 94 Magic for Vengeance/Ice Barrage can become useless after one hit of FoZ??? So goddam unfair... I wish Jagex would change it so that the spell you can cast is based on your BASE Magic level and not your CURRENT one. GAY.

Does your Parent/Guardian play RS?
I made my dad an account once. His total playtime is like 75 minutes and all he did was PK with his Bronze Sword in Varrock. He got a kill, :XD: :XD: :XD:

73/82/94 mage + mage staking
At your Combat, hardcore stakers WILL HAVE 90+ Ranged or Magic, so make sure you look them up before staking. You'll get pwned to hell if you're doing Armor Off and Movement Off as a mage. Either Armor On and Movement Off or Armor Off and Obstacles On.

More attack in f2p?
Especially in F2P, you should be more focused on Strength. This is only if you're only going to train, train, and train. I say stay 50 Attack and 70-ish Strength. With 99 Defense and less than 99 Combat, you can't afford the levels from Attack and Strength. I know that 70/70/70 is Combat 87. So, 60/80/99 with 90 Hitpoints and 43 Prayer gets you 98 Combat. Good luck.
