  1. Sharing details is caring. may sounds like a dumb question, but does that mean i edit my post to hide it? i dont mind but w/e oh i see (lol) all i can really say is that its great (again lol) but its not as good as everyone gets hyped about it or maybe it feels better for the girl (naturally) maybe because alot of people were drunk, and so they try and remember and over exagerate...

  3. You're not missing out on much. Oftentimes I'll forget I even have a cell phone  Except for when the bill collectors call for some asian guy even after I've called them back 3 times now telling them they have the wrong number. fast way to stop that - act like a telemarketer!

Went to the fracture clinic (section of the hospital) and found out that I had compressed part of my radius, and that is why it is sore. Also got to see my 2 day old cousin!!! she is like the cutest thing ever
  15. That's more or less what TrueCrypt allows you to do. It can install a boot loader that asks you for a password, and, depending on which password you enter, load a different operating system. http://www.truecrypt.org/docs/?s=hidden ... ing-system Yes, but is it 100% proven to be unhackable? if so I may dl tomorrow...
  16. I wonder if it would be possible to make an OS like thing, I'll refer to it as OperEm, where it boots as OperEm and you must log in, then it goes to a screen where you choose which OS you continue in, eg Xp, Vista, OS X, Kubuntu. This way, it would make it near impossible to hack a computer with OperEm, as nobody would not know how to. :-k
  17. Of course there could be, but there isn't. As it stands encryption will outwit this firewall without legal consequences for the user. Any plans to change this would cause political uproar. I'm not denying it could happen in the future, but for now it can be discounted entirely. Also, you don't need Linux to encrypt your system partition - see TrueCrypt. yes, but even with that there Windows is still easier to hack then Linux...
  18. The fist vid I have made. It's probably gonna suck, but I'd like you to give me pointers in getting better, if you wish.

  20. Ah there could be a system in place, such as the local police take in your hard drive(when you set off alarms at the filter), do a quick investigation etc.. Provided people are smart enough, they could set it up with Linux, and pretty much turn it into a open-from-the-inside-only HDD. EDIT: fixed up the quote
  21. They enjoy having fun together, this can be achieved without god. I think atheists should have these weekly shows too. I'd propably enjoy gospel, if god didnt have to be involved. Here is my reasoning to why I do not need God, or do not want to have him around. God's most recognized jobs are: he created the world, he decides what happens in it and he offers eternal life with him after we die. First, who cares if he did create the world? It doesn't change anything if he did or if he didn't, it simply doesn't matter. Then, why do we want that life should have some special reason or that God wants things to happen, because it's a part of his master plan? If he had a plan, and he would succeed no matter what, why do we have this illusion of free will? I don't want someone to have an upperhand, to be allowed to break or make the rules as he sees fit. And last, who wants to live forever? Why do I need to see my relatives and friends after I die? Why isn't the time I have now enough? What if I get bored in heaven? What is eternal happiness? I'd rather cease from being than be thrown around by a superman. It does make a difference, if He didn't create it then we wouldn't exist, because He made us too. You are right about Him always succeeding with his plans, but we do have a free will. If we keep telling God that we do not want to do this for Him, He will find someone else to do it. I am positive that this happens in the Bible too. As for the last one, I am 100% sure that God will make sure that we will never be bored in heaven.
  22. That's the best internet you can get in my area too (best compromise between speed and dl limit)
  23. thats bloody insane. I just timed my boot sequence, and it was 33 seconds to desktop. thats more than freakin' double the time. Words cant describe how incredibly jealous of your PC I am. It's all due to the miracles of SSDs. I uninstalled my HD benchmarking programs, so no screenshots, but my read and write times are both well north of 100 MBs. My random access time is .34 miliseconds; that alone tells you the story. And its in a standard LAPTOP form factor. Did I mention 1/4th the power consumption of mechanical hard drives, the 0 vibration due to no moving parts, the virtually 0 heat production for the same reason, the 1,500G shock rating, or the huge reliability increase over moving hard drives? Oh, it cost $260, a bit more then a typical hard drive, but not really considering the advantages. I'm tellin ya, SSDs are the hard drives of the future. Every build of mine from now on is going to come with onoe. dude, from now on I'm gonna ask for the specs of your lastest computer/laptop whenever I need to buy one... I think I love you
