  1. -.- I am practically being forced to get a job, as I need a faster computer for anything graphics related, such as Photoshop and games (Halo has a habit of causing my graphics driver to restart to avoid any harm to the computer :wall: )

try telling the australian government that. i get 1 shift a fortnight, im 18 and only paid about 100-200$ a month. makes living impossible and i cant claim any compensation etc on it. plus moving out is out of the question for 5 years on that rate. -.- ouch, try looking elsewhere? People in my year already are getting pretty good pay (1 person was getting $100 a week)
  3. government brainwashing experiment (aka school student)

There are only two reasons why I would be my avatar. 1)I burn my face off. or 2)Its KoLcon. You might know that I love Disco Bandits. Go as your sig! I'm sure extra tight tights and a bow painted teal would suit you...

Found out my friend had walked 2½ hours to get to church, with a broken foot. Went to a friends place after church and we got bored so we ended up walking about 50km, my feet are still killing me about 5 hours after we finished walking.

I'm up for that! Now where am I supposed to find a ninja outfit this time of year? Let along one with grappel, katana, throwing knives and those foot/hand [bleep]es!
  8. Exactly the way it is (not that it should be that way) When you see a minority being proud of being what they are everyone thinks it's something to look up to, but when you see a member of a majority being proud of that, everyone calls it racism. What the [bleep] do white people have to be proud of. What do black's have to be proud of? what does anyone have to be proud of?
  9. Just about everyone called me weird :P I have just about as many girl friends as guy friends, yet most of my closer friends are guys.
  10. washing trucks, I am not doing it because in the summer the heat + soapy water is unbearable
  11. my sister's religion teacher would be completely against it and even a complete cure of/immunity to cancer, because he believes that if you get it that means you did some aweful sin and God is punishing you for it (he is the biggest form of an extremist I have even seen, he will get fired soon for what he teaches)
  12. Being a hooker or a drug dealer doesn't count. And neither do pesos. -.- it is actually a legal job, and not something as low as those...
  13. I can already make $40/hour if I wanted to, but I don't like the hours and working conditions for it
  14. chances are they would be reduced/affected by how many pieces you are wearing and the points needed would also reflect the items' strength also I am only playing so I can get more volatile seeds in the hopes of Jagex fixing the glitch soon
  15. I think that depends. The fact of the matter is (if we're talking about the UK system, I'm not sure exactly how it works in the US, Canada or Australia) you need to be doing homework at secondary school to keep up with the wide variety of lessons you're doing. At college though, I think that's different. Homework should be optional at that point. If I can die for my country at the age most people go to college then I should be able to decide what I do with my free time, homework included. College as it is is a joke. They still baby you around like they did in secondary school. That's why people need to learn about independent learning, so people feel inspired to study by themselves and do the work asked of them, rather than shoving the work down their throat and giving them a little green report card if they don't do the work. Children are maturing too fast these days, and even though the work is easy, there's way too much pressure for young people to do well academically. I think it's got to the point where tutors give homework for the sake of giving homework just so they look like they're doing something, and that just strangles even more time away from young people who need some sort of time in which to mature properly. In short: college just needs to be a more mature place. In Aus homework is pretty much just doing what we did in the lesson, aka they found out how to extend lesson times -.- Perfect! while we are at it, I think co-ed locker rooms are a good idea too. And since schools are sometimes upwards of 30 minutes away, unsupervised co-ed living quarters would be necessary even at the public level. And since most schools are probably underfunded, I think sharing beds is a good idea too. it saves money :D A lifetime supply of cookies at 12 free internets would be your if that worked (most of the guys in my school would do anything for that, stupid [wagons])

  20. does he have any idea that this was because of people wanting to RickRoll MTV EMA? he still won, which means publicity and money from the song's rights  and that what counts  and I'm sure there were real fans of his that voted, i did   the song is growing on me :D me and my friends occasionally play it on our phones and start singing
  21. Not encouraging anything, but most school filters are pretty weak... By tracerouting or just pinging a website & entering it in the address bar can often bypass it. My younger cousin found an even more ridiculous exploit at his school Windows computers.. IE was blocked from students and all the icons were removed.. But you could still go Run->iexplore->surf  Also all the Windows folders are removed from sight on weakly protected school Windows systems... Yet you can go run->%systemroot%-> view, run or tweak them. I would have access to an administrator CMD right now if I had access to run. Got FF to run anyway. we have access to command prompt, and run (probably so we can type in shutdown -a whenever we open those annoying batch files  )
  22. uniform is another thing that must go, it's so annoying, the shirts are heat magnets in summer -.-

I don't know of anyone with the skills to bypass our school filter (infact, dragoonson if you can watch pr0nz on our computers you'll have about 500 new best friends, not me though)
