The Quire - I agree with Kaphias on this one. It's still a good shot though, the colours and the symmetry make it feel slightly surrealistic. Cathedral Courtyard - The bright green grass, the much less saturated colours of the cathedral and the almost white sky create a nice contrast. It's pretty well composed, but I also think it lacks a good focal point. Against A Moody Sky - Probably my favourite out of the bunch, love the darkness of it. Thirst For Lemon - It would be a pretty interesting abstract-ish shot if it wasn't for the right side. If you cropped that off, it would allow the viewer to focus more on the water drops and all the little details on them. Like Clockwork - Pretty awesome.

If you want to keep it on there, I'd try a dark brown-ish colour for the text, and maybe move it to the bottom of the canvas to make it less distracting. I also recommend using a more simple, clean looking font, they usually work well with lots of different things. And it would look better without a border IMO.

I really like them, especially the second one. They're a bit messy, but your effects work well, and so does the lighting in both of them. The text looks decent too. Keep it up, you're rapidly becoming a rather good artist. :thumbup:

I'd definitely go for the pixel style, it looks much better than the first one. They do seem quite large for game sprites though.

It would look pretty good without the border and text; both are a bit distracting and not really needed for the composition or anything. Good job though, it's indeed a huge improvement from your previous signatures.

It looks really good, but the red sky seems a bit out of place for some reason. I think it's because you'd only expect to see it in situations with less daylight, like at sunrise or sunset. It's still a great piece though, your style works well as always.

Same here, although 8, 16 or 32 are ok for me too. I also wet my toothbrush, put toothpaste on it and then wet it again. And I spend too much time thinking about silly things.

Yeah, it would look a lot better without the borders. Anyway, I'm up for this.

Same here. I don't really know about many other albums that are coming out this year, I'll just see whether I'll get them when they're actually there.

I don't think that's a texture, it's just low quality JPG so people don't rip it. Yeah, you appear to be right. :P I'm still not a big fan of the clouds, though.

Glad you like it so far. I'll continue working on this when I've got my tablet back, don't have it with me at the moment and I'm not going to try to draw anything with a laptop trackpad. :P

So this is coded, right? Anyway, it looks really good, seems like it would be pretty easy to navigate too, nice layout. The only thing I'm not sure about are the clouds in the background near the bottom, they seem a bit out of place and not really necessary since the rest of the background is already textured.

Can't you just activate the "Pop up window on new private message" option under Board preferences? That's pretty much the same thing, it will show you when you have a new message.

#1: Definitely not your best piece. I think the mainly clean style of the pentool lines, dotted texture and vector-style lines doesn't really go well with elements that would be associated with a messier - for the lack of a better word - style, like the splatters. You need to pick one of those styles IMO and stick to it, I'm not saying they can't work together, but usually it's quite hard to combine them successfully and I don't think you've managed to do so here. #2: Really like it, just get rid of the scanlines bar to the right. This one does work very well, because you've got clouds, textures, splatters, two stocks that make up the main focal and a brown-ish colour scheme. It all has that 'messy' look (apart from the scanlines :P ), and everything flows well IMO.
