This report ACTUALLY went through...?
That's like saying you should be glad you aren't permanently banned for no reason...because Jagex could do that according to the ToS. The Terms of Service aren't there as a guideline, they're there as a catch-all net so that they can just fall back on it if they need to.

A potential cure for HIV - manipulating the human genome
No, that topic was discussing the possibility of having the virus mutate itself to death - must not have worked out. :P

How fast can you reach a million?
Catch 4 dragon imps and you got yourself over 1.2m and with friends scouting for you this can be achieved in an hour easy.

can u rap juicy
Juicy is a song by Notorious B.I.G., so "can u rap juicy" is asking if you can rap that song...aka repeat what he says but without rapping along with him or reading the lyrics. OT - with a bit of practice I probably could, however I can decently rap several BTNH songs.

Do YOU Pirate Music?
Here let me be the first to justify why I pirate music. I have no intentions of buying any of my music, so if I didn't pirate it I simply wouldn't listen to it, thus nobody's losing any money.

A potential cure for HIV - manipulating the human genome
[/hide]There are people that go around with contaminated needles and just stab people in a club setting. There was a guy who did it in Minneapolis earlier this year. And there are those that lie about having an STD to you.I did say most to account for hospital misshaps as well as drive-by pokings, but as far as I'm concerned the ones who get lied to are still largely at fault, unless they are in a serious relationship with said liar. As such, I still stand by my statement of "most cases it's the person's own fault that they have it".1. Problems are inevitable 2. Problems are solvable Why go on about preventing AIDS when it obviously cannot be contained? So let those that don't care enough to self-prevent it deal with it. Why should we make their mistake our problem?

Christopher Poole is Time's Most Influential Person

A potential cure for HIV - manipulating the human genome
I don't see why so much money and so many resources are being put towards the "fight against AIDS/HIV" when we already have methods of prevention that prove essentially 100% effective. 1. Don't do drugs that require needles (and if you ignore this and do, make sure they are clean needles). 2. Don't have random sex. 3. Don't let idiots deal with the blood in hospitals. *credit to a friend of mine for that list* Personally I'd rather see all this attention put towards AIDS/HIV to go towards other diseases which we cannot prevent so easily. Honestly, in most cases it's the person's own fault that they have it.

Smartest person on earth
I hope you realize that there are more intelligent people who could be better criminals than those currently out there, it's just they choose not to.

Wow, you must be blind. They're called heels. I'm guessing you're what, 5'8"? That's still fairly short for guys. :P

Smartest person on earth
:o I thought that was Tim Berners-Lee?Seriously? You didn't know Al Gore invented the internet, even after all his ramblings about it?

Exactly my thoughts, in no way does she look "seriously underweight".

Christopher Poole is Time's Most Influential Person
That is pretty funny...especially how they not only made him win, but spelt out 'marble cake also the game'. XD

Smartest person on earth
I don't know about the smartest single person, but my vote for smartest group of people goes to the Myans...mind boggling stuff right there.

Reflecting on the past
Such a good writer surely would know that spacing is beneficial to readers, and wouldn't put up a huge wall of text, no? Besides, the format of the current post (which you wrote) is the polar opposite of the format the original post (the on you c&p-ed) was.

In a Hurry?!?!
Why were you cycling on the road, where cars are meant for?
-
Well, that was fun.
I don't even bother paying attention to my "political compass" or that of others for that matter. I'm sure I could be classified as something, but in all honesty that's irrelevent because I, nor anyone else, should take that into account when judging someone. People [should] react to what others say and do, not what they are.

Reflecting on the past
How do we know it's copy/pasted? Because it's just like any other chain email story that soppy mothers send to each other.

The Anti "Purpose of Life" Arguement
I'm gonna laugh when this is all just some game where our goal was to figure out the big question, and once we did we'd win. What would we win though, you ask? I'd assume it would have to be a meteor shower that spells out "CONGRATULATIONS!" right before it comes crashing into earth killing us all. :P

This report ACTUALLY went through...?
While I agree with your point, stuff like this is inevitable in the legal system. It's important to be consistent, because if they let this guy slide, then they'd have to let the next guy slide who said something just a little worse. For example, if you are someone who is 47.5 inches tall, you try to go on a ride with a 48 inch requirement, and the employee let's you on because "half an inch is nothing" then the person behind you who is 47 inches tall can use the same argument and be allowed to ride... and the person behind them who is 46.5 can say the same... and so on. It's a slippery slope so lines must be drawn and enforced. You do realize that the whole precedence thing doesn't apply to Runescape rules right? Nor does it even apply to all laws in the real world (I'm looking at you traffic laws). When it comes to offensive language, judgement should be made. Obviously it's not though because they don't have the resources to read through every single report, but still - he is justified in ranting about the mute/blackmark being bs.

In a Hurry?!?!
Procrastination is the perfect balance between the two. : Get assigned a 10 page research paper in early April, take your time with it (ie - put it off) until 2-3 days before it's due, then once you reach the procrastination barrier - the point at which you absolutely must start it or else you won't finish it in time - you buckle down and do it. And just like that, it's done in a flash. My professor isn't very appreciative of my gift however, so in order to help her understand how I operate I had to explain to her that if I work on assignments when I know they aren't due for a while yet, the quality of my work is very poor (which actually is true) because my mind will constantly be wandering or wondering [why I'm working on it].

A challenge for those of you who want a challenge.
Soloing the GWD bosses is gonna take forever if you can't use the GE - besides, if it's money we make from scratch, why can't we use that to buy supplies on the GE? (sorry if this has been answered, only read first post) Once I'm a member again I'll definitely solo Commander Zilyana from scratch with or without the GE, just curious as to why that's a rule tho.

South Park - Season 13 discussion
But for what we care, it's the season finale since it won't be on again until October.
