Thats a very good point. I completly forgot about that. Yes there will always be more level 138 CB. sure about 10 will be added each day from august onwards maybe but there will never be more phats. In 2 years you could own a extremely rare item not oftenly seen (i meen this as more players who have phats in their accounts quit as alot of people who used to own phats were merchants and stakers) Either way just be 100% sure that you will still be happy with your choice if they fall in price.

You now have me very confused at your logic. Phat prices are falling at a very high rate and could continue to do so. You are unwilling to get 99 prayer now as your lost 15% on them while you are thinking of buying an item that has been consistently falling for the last week or two. So get defence up and wait for summoning really. IMO you are just putting a major gamble on something that could crash or sky-rocket Look at it this way. You have to survive on 180mil for the rest of your life. You decide to place a bet in a casino in that game of the ball landing on a certain number (i forget what its called) You place 180mil on black. You now have a 1/2 chance of winning. So IMO just wait for summoning while getting your defence up.

Rares are very unpredictable right now. I have a feeling after January they are either going to crash or sky-rocket. I think if you got 126 combat with a BGS it would look alot better than a Phat as i much prefer the look of the prayer SC to a phat. Really its personal choice. You could buy something very unpredictable and hope for the best or you could buy 99 prayer and get 126 combat which would look alot better IMO. Also with 126 combat you could probaly make the money for a Phat rather easily by GWDing your way to one. Really do you want items or levels?

They will rise in the future. As more players come into the game and more players who hold them quit there will be a rise in demand with a fall in supply. Im guessing jagex will allow the price to inflate as 14mil for a green mask isnt that hard to achieve. As the trade limit comes into affect in January merchants can no longer merchant them.... therefore they are selling what they have which means there is more supply with the same demand. Therefore the prices fall. Prices arnt falling hugely.... they are falling by percentages. So obviously a phat will fall alot more than a santa will. Jagex wont make them untradeable...the furthest they would go is not allowing inflation to happen which would mean eventually pretty much all rares will be bought up. So its really just simple economics. :XD:

Well first of all the 400 letter limit in appeals is your number 1 enemy. you could just appeal under the fact that your account was hacked and you wernt in control (ask them to check recent IP's) and the hacker must have comitted the crime but that is hard to do in 400 letters. Give it a try and if it dosnt work send them a e-mail. One of my IRL friends was pretty much in the same scenario and was denied at first but then sent a 2000 word e-mail to them outlining the change in IP... how he wasnt in control etc etc and it worked for him. Good luck...... theres some really screwed up people out there who get there jollies of hacking into pixilised accounts.

Try fire giants. there high 80's and are something like 119 hits so 119 x 4exp = 476 exp per giant. they have alot of alchable drops and have low defense.

Either way it seems to be mostly pures who are quitting and as we all know pures seem to have the intelligence of 8 year olds. Mechscape will be sci-fi based which means guns..... 8 year olds like things that go ''bang'' So either way alot of pures would have probaly quit runescape for mechscape... JaGeX are just giving them a pushing start.

May i ask you could you have created a better update? Im guessing not... so stop looking for faults and be happy that jagex has stopped autoers. As soon as they see this happening they will start paying much more atention to IP address's. Did you even send a e-mail to JaGeX telling them of this or did you just come here and complain about a great update? you know why i'm complaining about the updates??? Because of after 6+ years of being a member and supporting this game, the last enjoyable aspect that I shared with my friends in this game was pking. Every Saturday night we would be on at the same time, and watch eachother pk. It was a blast, we didn't break the rules, none of us drop traded on our pures, we were "honorable." I spent countless hours and well over $300 on this game, and jagex removed any viable way for my friends and I to have our fun. No doubt you're gonna shout BH BH! At me. HAve you been to the BH??? How can you even pretend that the level ranges are fair in the BH, and then even if you are the top level of the cave... there are almost always teams set up ready to ko you. That is not pking, that is a gross mutated child of how pking used to be. At least with the wildy, you could CHOOSE what combat level you were fighting, and you could CHOOSE whether or not you were in a mutli combat area. After removing all of those aspects of the game for the hope of eliminating RWT, I'm PISSED OFF that they weren't even successful in doing so. The only thing thats changed is the RWT's are charging a little more for the gold... they aren't inconvenienced, and they sure as hell are still making a profit off of RS. They would always find a way around RWT but since the update ive heard JaGeX have been paying alot more attention to changing IP addresses. Hate to burst your bubble, but in college.... the parties don't start until 11-12 at the earliest. That gives me plenty of time to hop onto RS, with my REAL-LIFE friends and pk before i go out and have a good time. I don't know the methods, i just know that it requires 1.1 mil and that it takes less than 2 hours for 20 mill to be transfered. You can choose to not believe me and go on dreaming that the RS community is a utopia.... but you will be sorely mistaken. Sorry i just assumed your were some snot nosed kid trying to find faults in a good update. i understand what you say about college parties... im not in college but i only go out from about 9 o'clock each night. I also assumed the friends you were talking about were joe randoms from all over the world. Also even if you send the link to JaGeX it could still help them greatly.

Slayer will be much more profitable and not as boring in the long run. People have been known to go 18000 DD kills without a chain yet in slayer by level 85 it really builds up in terms of herbs, seeds and other items. Also you should get 85 slayer at 99 ATT which means your own free whips from there on :thumbsup: So you could do DD and maybe get 3 chains or do DD and get no chains and it will also probably be very boring. If you do slayer you will at least have a steady income and be gaining a great level along the way.

Im not going to quit for along time.... i will accomplish level 126 before i quit runescape. The only thing ive noticed is i seem to be playing abit more WoW now than the amount i used to. I will also give JaGeX abit of time to sort out the updates which they definitely will. It was a better idea to completly kill RWT than to spend months finding a viable solution which killed RWT while keeping all player happy. There was a thread here about 2 months ago that showed how RWT actuly costs JaGeX huge sums of money each year and if you can find it (i havnt been able to) is a great read on how RWT actuly affects JaGeX itself. So give it a few weeks to try and sort out the trade limit as they certainly will in some way good.

Very very unlucky ..... but At least you still have your friends.... people have lost friends due to people no longer trusting them becuase of that kind of stuff. So do you plan on repaying them or have they said its ok? Good luck anyway over the holidays there. you could probaly get a hilt if you went there daily along with some very nice armydal armour.... theres a blo on rsof where a guy was going to armydal and he got over 60million worth of drops in one day :shock: Maybe you could beat him :XD:

If you want to get through it quicker just mage them. you wont be spending alot on pots then. you would only need 2 anti-fire 4 dose pots at most and about 1k chaos for fire bolt.

Im not sure this is true but i think it comes into the companies home countries law. For example i heard it is very hard to take down chineses gold shops under chinese law but this way jagex has complelty screwed them over so it also avoids the hefty cost of lawyers involved (my friends dad is a average earning lawyer and he charges over 2000 euro a day to work on a case.)

Wherever you go you will get generalization from people due to your lebanon roots. Im irish and whenever i go abroad people assume im a heavy catholic and a alcoholic. They also assume i live on a farm and that we just got color TV's and that kind of crap.
