Unfortunately many security workers in airports actually do those sort of things based on prejudice. Ive seen that happen alot. It once even happened where i got onto a plane where most of the middle eastern looking passangers had been frisked while all the white passangers got on freely.... then a white guy pulled out a knife (not in a threatning way) and proceded to play around with it. One of the main problems is the media. Every day worldwide on TV i hear ''iraqi insurgents (sp?) killed 13 american soldiers today in the city of fuluja in south east iraq the attack left over 12 other soldiers wounded'' yet they dont hear how many iraqi civilians or insurgents got killed by american soldiers. So the next day they go to school thinking ''those dam iraqi bast**ds killed more of our men''. Another problem is that it seems that the americans only look from thier point of view such as 9/11 had nothing to do with their world police attitude and they were totally innocent. I have a few americans and a few islamic people in my school and i much prefer the islamic people. they dont seem to be close minded and blameful of everyone else accept themselves which the americans in my school seem to be. I just think its in the americans general attitude against islamic people. P.S im sorry if ive caused offence to any american person who read this but from what ive encountered, seen and the people ive met this seems to be what gos on.

Ye i would always say skilling over hoping for monsters to drop good items. Skilling is a steady income while monsters its predictable but not something you can be certain of. Also skilling to make money usually will give you some levels which are very valuable in the long run.... especially mining and woodcutting as it increases the rate you cut and mine at. Good luck anyway. I chopped 3k yews last sunday to buy my whip.

You have 80 mining... making money shouldnt be a problem. Just mine your way to a whip.... it should give you a level up or two aswell. Also you could just fish lobsters till you get a whip... should only take 6k of them max There isnt any monster really around your level that gives great exp and valuble drops so you will have to choose between one of them... great exp or valuble drops. If you went for great exp and skilling then to get the money i think it would be a better idea. EDIT: you also have 76 WC. You would only need to chop 3 yews to get a whip.

First of all how much are you willing to spend? Do you want fast exp or profit? Cannonballs are they best profit ive heard of. You could also buy iron bars 200gp ea and make iron knives which sell for 45gp ea... you get 5 per bar... 25gp profit per bar But if you have a insane amount of money you could superheat gold ores into bars using goldsmith gauntlets from family crest quest. This gives 55.5exp per ore but costs something like 650gp per ore to do as you have to buy the ore which sells for 550gp ea.. then buy nature runes which sells for 250gp ea. When you get the gold bars they only sell for 220-250gp ea. IMO at level 40 you shouldnt be choosing 99's and also you often lose money when making full rune sets as the bars cost 12k ea and a full set requires 15 bars which in total is 180k but full sets only sell for 160k ea now. Get your stats all rounded off to 50-60 or get a high stat (85+) and then decide if you want to get a 99 or not.

Even though you only want 85 mage occasionally leveling it after that would be a good idea. As your levels get higher you hit closer to the max hit of a spell more consistently so that will always be a advantage in monster hunting such as Dk's or Metal dragons.

IMO get your prayer to 70. Piety is a very useful prayer. It boots 3 areas (i.e ATT, STR and DEF) more than the other single prayers d yet it only drains prayer at the rate of say using the 15% prayers Also you will get more amount of prayer points through prayer or super restore potions so that will save you money in the future I have 70 prayer right now and i get 24 prayer points restored per dose without holy wrench. At 56 you only get 19.

If 99 is a 99, how come there are <1000 99 agility, smithing, mining, slayer, construction, runecrafting, herblore, farming? They take a bit longer...? If you base a 99 on its exp per hour rates then pretty much all buyable 99's are easy as piss. OT: very nice... either way a 99 is a 99 and not even 5% of rs players have that cape so its still achievement

I do a couple of things usually If theres someone in a bank buying say varrock teleport runes for 10k i just give them to him for free as its only 500gp. Say gos for any cheap item really..... supercompost..... runes..... cheap armour for new players etc etc I remember one day i was fealing kind i walked a new player from seers to feldip hills (sp?) as he was looking for the place to start hunter.

TBH your stats arnt even above 30... the exp at level 30 is only 0.01% of the way to 99. For level 99 it takes 13,013,000 approx and you have just mentioned 3 of the most expensive 99's in the game Prayer is now 100mil Construction is 80mil Smithing can cost hugely dependong what way you do it If you did cannonballs to 99 smithing im pretty sure it would take the good part of a year to achieve as its only 22k exp per 1000 cannonballs made.

Yep, I couldnt agree more, but, the part at the end, do you mean you prefer the quick money, or skill money? Im sure everyone would prefer quick money, but, Ill be glad that no more level 40s will be able to go "rofl noob i have a fury santa green mask and 500m, and a lvl 123 main" I meant i prefer the skill way of making money.... now people will have to work their [wagon] off for all the good buyables such as Prayer, Costruction etc etc

TBH im happy now that everyone is on a equal footing in terms of making money. Now people will no longer be able to win 1 fight and then be able to buy 99 Herblore or Farming etc etc. Now people will only get rich through Solo monster killing or skilling un-endlessly. Im going to guess alot of peole disagree with me on this subjecy but i prefer it to the old ways of making money.

Same here! Only my fringe is a bit longer. Chavs are the scum of society. They devalue the English language and practice unsafe sex. They drive cars with bean cans connected to the exhaust and are jealous of anyone who achieves something in life. They are born into poverty and never leave as they are to lazy to achieve anything in life. There job consists of standing in the post office dole line every tuesday. So basiclay dont listen to chavs as they are scum and emo's seem to be a target for no reason.... sure i slag emo's myself sometime as a joke but they know im joking and slag my preppy lifestyle. So basiclay if they slag you tell them they are insignifcant leeches on society.

First of all i like as theres no more bots. I can no longer make a decent profit through RCing but yew and d bone prices are huge now :D Second of all i have always hated pures for some reason... mostly i just find them incredibly annoying with l33t talking but i mean no offence to high level pures who know how to spell Third of all people now can only get buyable skills through actuly skilling... i will definitely be se saying congratulations to someone who achieves 99 Construction, Prayer, Herblore etc etc through actuly skilling... not buying low selling high stuff. All in all i like it... it seems to put everyone on equal footing. The only problem really is Monster hunting know but i think they will put some system into place where drops can be split evenly.

I love those type of customers.... the really aggressive ones who are wrong... i always challenge them becuase every time my manager would be on my side and if they got very aggressive i could throw them out of the store under irish law as they were causing unrest to the other customers....... Having one of those customers really makes my day and i would have loved to have those customers you had.

Well i worked in a bikeshop last summer so this guy comes in with a model of lock we sell which is very weak.... we even tell our customers when they buy it that its not strong and can be broken very easily. So anyway he came in and it was pretty much bent at a 90 degree angle and he stated he wanted his money back. I told we couldnt as when it was sold it was merchantible quality and that we stated it was a very weak lock. So then he demaned for the manager #-o ...... but no.... the manager was on my said and him and the manager ended up getting into a big shouting fight and the customer getting barred from the store as thats the 3rd time this has happened in about 2 months :lol: . then the funniest thing was every other customer was on my side and nobody felt any sympathy for the guy as he perfectly well knew the lock was useless P.S to anyone who owns a bike.... dont buy a lock for anything less than 50$..... they are useless otherwise.

well 1 thing that really annoys me is jealousy. See like ive always been considered to come from a rich family and get what i wanted but that isnt true.... thats just what my friends think. Yes i do get alot of stuff but not on a expensive scale So this summer when i was working my [wagon] off for 3 months 40 hours a week i ended up buying a macbook (the black one). I bought a new phone and roughly 1200 euro worth of high end clothes but then my friends start saying im a rich spoiled s**t.......... I worked my [wagon] off for that stuff... Do they even know what its like working 40 hours a week through the summer and only going out at night then..... thats tough. So basiclay people who whine when others get stuff they worked their [wagon] off for but then moan when they are to lazy to go out and get the money needed the same way :shame:

A tank is someone with super high DEF. Not a ranger with 80 RANGE and 40 DEF.... thats pretty much a d'hide pure. A good example of a tank is probaly a person like (using melee stats here) Ultimateballr..... his stats i think are 99 DEF... 91 ATT and 80 STR. So basiclay a tank is someone whose DEF is either 99 with another 99 such as MAGE.... RANGE...... STR or ATT or whose DEF just outranks their other combats skills such as 99 DEF with 90 ATT and STR.

Ok well recently ive been getting some pretty crappy tasks off the slayer master i use (chaeldar). MY combat is 83 Ive heard of a few people using vannaka in edge as they then have mire chance of getting good mid-level monster tasks from him. Is this true and should i swap over to vannaka :-k

Im not entirely sure. 8 days ago i placed 30k willows in the GE at 22gp each... alot higher than their market price and yesterday i suddenley got the full amount sold..... wierd. Maybe just buy a completly random item that nobody would think of buying.... then put it in the GE for the highest price you can and see if it gets sold after 7 days on the 7th day. But then again it could be just pure coincidence

Well im 60 Def and i wear full black d'hide while doing runs. I get hit some runs by about 19 in total and 2 in others but it never a threat to me. If you cant wear Black d'hide i would still advise getting the 70 range needed for it as it will help you in the future. Also try wearing a ring of life in the abyss... not sure if it works but theres no other ring that will help you in there so..

Revs spawning near the abyss entrance aka dark mage seems to be very rare. I did more than 50 runs yesterday and only saw them a couple of times and commonly they were level 7 imps or level 13 ghosts. I did once see a level 103 ork so if your around level 100 i would just say watch out and if you wanted bring a varrock teletab.
